This was my first solo trip From my arrival at Lima airport everything was organised lifts from the airports all the tours there was some there to meet and greet me I enjoyed all my tours especially The Inca Trail this was a great achievement for me It was physically and mentally challenging Heather you planned my trip so well I had acclimatised before I did the Inca Trial Thank you no altitude sickness I had a couple of hitches Heather was so helpful in sorting these out I felt that Heather was with me every step of my journey I would book every holiday through Discover South America the most professional company I have used No hesitations at all in highly recommending Discover South America

Really well organised trip from start to finish All aspects sorted and worked smoothly from air travel transfers and hotels Excellent communication from first enquiry right through to the end of the trip Heather was brilliant so helpful and responsive to all our queries and any changes we wanted to make to the itinerary We didn t have to worry about anything Local tour guides were great informative and helpful Antigua Caponata San Blas hotel in Cusco was a particularly wonderful hotel where staff went above and beyond to give us the best service

Fantastic holiday from start to end I was travelling alone and was a little apprehensive - but as soon as I arrived I was so well looked after everything was effortless and I could relax Heather tailored the trip thoughtfully - great hotels and amazing experiences A tailored holiday isn t as costly as you might imagine I highly recommend booking with Discover South America

I have been very impressed by the service we received from Heather at Discover South America from the the initial contact through to the post trip follow up Throughout our preliminary planning phase a more standard itinerary was tweaked to fully customize to our needs such as exchanging a jeep tour in Rio to a provate car as a redhead I wouldn t have been able to tolerate being exposed to the sun in an open topped vehicle Start and end times were able to be adjusted as well as duration to enable me to schedule flights from Canada on cheaper travel days making this trip fully customizable Every element of our itinerary was delivered as promised and the guides in both Argentina and Brazil were knowledgeable and punctual The transfers whether shared shuttles or private taxis allieviated us from any stress and responsibilities so we could just sit back and enjoy the views I would recommend using Heather and Discover South America to arrange your dream vacation in South America and will use her services again in the future

Heather at DSA listened to what we wanted to do and then made very helpful suggestions around this All travel arrangements including hotels and trips were well organised and everything ran smoothly The local guides were very interesting

Heather organised a 10 week holiday for us crossing through 5 countries in South America supporting us moving every 3 - 4 days Her planning and communication were perfect We always had contact details of the local agents were met at each stage on time and the holiday followed the agreed itinerary exactly We were very impressed with how smoothly everything went and she did a fantastic job for us and we would definitely have her organising our holiday again

Heather at Discover South America helped me to curate the most amazing once in a lifetime trip to Argentina Chile and Uruguay over 7 weeks in February and March 2024 Everything was perfectly arranged from planning the itinerary and then once I was in LatAm everything was faultless from the transfers transport hotels trips and there was always someone on hand locally via whatsapp if I needed any help I could not recommend Discover South America more highly
