Not answering my emails No response or acknowledgement from them

I contacted Dista cart on several occasions on their customer support As soon as I ordered my goods and they took 50 from my credit card I noticed my house number was missing of the delivery address but it was on the billing address I couldn t amend my account So I emailed them immediately Which is what they said to do I ve heard nothing I ve reached out to them so many times over the last two weeks and had nothing back No goods no emails and 50 down We will not use again Really upset me Customer service is very poor Or should I say not worth the paper it s written on

Do not confuse with DistaCart This company is Dista-Carts They are abysmal I ordered Blood Glucose sensor from this bunch and had to remind them twice that it had not arrived I had no response from them but a sensor arrived out of the blue very late and several days later The item was defective and I have tried emailing them on several occasions for a refund or replacement No answers I do not recommend using them at all and to avoid them and use a more reliable company
