I Spoke to countless mortgage brokers and Danish was by far the most honest and realistic broker i met He talked me through the process step by step as it was my first ever property and i had no clue what i was doing He gave me a DIP really quickly when i needed to show the sellers agents and when my offer got accepted he liaised with the sellers agents to speed up the process He was very thorough and knew exactly what paperwork i needed to have make the process as smooth as possible I can t thank him enough because of him i have my dream home

Excellent at what they do I deal with Daanish in particular who goes above and beyond for all clients that I am working with Always a pleasure dealing with D K mortgages Very approachable and find solutions to complex situations to make the impossible possible - I would not use any other broker personally and would not recommend any other broker professionally
