BewareDiscount codes offered and not applied ZERO customer service Claims to be a USA company in Florida but returns need to be shipped to Austria and product from CHINA RUN In addition Doggiekingdom has gone to extraordinary lengths to silence this review by appealing to trust pilot I had to edit my original post twice because I mention a large trusted national company by name that has superior customer service You may know who it is If this company spent as much time developing a buisness strategy of honest and reasonable customer centric practices instead of trying to mute the truth they might find a scintilla if integrity

This website is junk

EDIT after I posted this review I got actual responses and my package showed up shortly after Not sure if it s coincidence or not but I still do not recommend this website as their customer service and chosen shipping company are terrible They have no human representation to talk with and their shipping company has no working phone number They will just send you an attempt of delivery notice over and over until you just let them take your money I haven t left my house in over 14 days yet they claim they tried to deliver it multiple times It s been almost 30 days now and I keep getting the same bull response from robots

Misleading location in Eurpoe poor return policy

I ordered a dog coat Nice quality but despite measuring beforehand it was too small WARNING despite all Web information listing a Florida address for this company you have to ship returns to AUSTRIA at your expense in order to receive store credit for your return Or you can have 40 off your next replacement purchase Not a great company to work with for this reason I hate that I tried to support what I thought was a small domestic business instead of going with Amazon and now I m out 37 for my efforts since I don t want to encourage their behavior by buying from them yet again I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

I ordered a winter jacket on 3 06 22 and as of 4 07 22 have yet to receive I have made numerous inquiries as to when this may arrive and have been told to be patient They cannot provide any helpful information outside of the tracking no The last piece of information was that it was now in USPS hands since March 30 Attempts to get any information has been futile They have completely removed themselves from any shipping details I live in the US and understand that there may be delays but it has been in US since March 17 Very concerned over the legitimacy of this purchase

If I could give -10 stars I would I ordered two customized dog halters I received an email stating in part Please note personalized products require 2-3 business days for production personalization before they can be shipped Eight days later and it has not shipped I went on their chat and one of their people said that it could take between 9 and 14 days or more for it to ship Don t believe a word they say and don t order from them

Zero stars is more accurate

First your dealing with a Chinese company that produces and ships from China Shipping time is at least 3 weeks or more potentially much more even up to and including never What should have been the red flag that should have prevented me from making this purchase from Doggykingdom was the lack of a phone number-I missed that and am now paying the price I gave 1 star because you can t give 0 but zero stars is much more accurate A David Perez

Terrible customer service

Terrible feedback All they kept telling me was that my order was on the way but could not tell me any further information No tracking number no details of where it was coming from and a phone number of their shipping partner that went direct to voicemail I am sure this is an off-shore company trying to look like a US company

This company is not legitimate Save your money and find a local pet store where you can SEE the product and actually take it home with you I placed an order the day after Thanksgiving It s now February and all I get from their customer service is a constant request for my address SCAM

Complete incompetence

I ordered a custom harness in January for my dog Max in size medium After 2-3 weeks of waiting for it to be manufactured I was sent notice of shipping - with a LARGE size I immediately contacted them to correct and was told that they would fix it March 8 a package arrived with an XL harness for a dog named Molly and a phone number that was not mine These people are a total joke Please do not use them

This is without a doubt the biggest rip

This is without a doubt the biggest rip off I have encountered in my entire life It took 11 days to deliver and I got the shipping information on the 12th day Wrong size want fit you only get 40 credit for right size or STORE CREDIT ONLY NO REFUNDS Cheap Chinese made crap
