Harness loosens during walk

I like the harness but it has a design flaw and the belly strap comes loose When I reached out to you for help I was told to send a video It is something that happens during the walk and not really something I can video It seemed to me like you were just trying to get rid of me and not really interested in the problem I won t be ordering another one for my new dog

The harness I bought was too big for my dog and I went by the size chart on the website When I contacted the website for a smaller harness they told me that I would have to buy another one because the Velcro names were customized Um no I could just peel the name off the harness and you can mail me the right size That s called Good customer service But no you guys didn t offer to do that so I m not a happy customer

Redesign required for proper fit

Medium harness straps for a 35 pound spaniel are too long causing harness to not fit properly even after trimming they could not be secured snugly enough loopex thru the metal ring not because of trimming but due to no velcro to attach it on After market velcro had to be purchased for securing underbelly strap A definite redesign or modification is required

I bought a new collar to match my dog s

I bought a new collar to match my dog s harness The harness is great The attachment of the name plate to the collar of a bit flimsy The plate has a notch at each end that is supposed to slip into the holder on each side That lasted a couple weeks until I had to put it back in place We ll see how long that lasts There must be a better way to attach the name plate

Would have been 5 Star but yesterday leaving the Vet Chack slipped his Doggykingdom harness when two incoming Dogs wanted to play nearly ran away I purchased these because On July 2 2019 9am Chack slipped his previous Harness while leaving the Vet ran away I searched for him daily Till I found him 6am August 22 2019 So While your product looks nice and having his name our phone number on it would be helpfull But not if he can slip it

I ordered a medium as my dog fit well in the medium size chart for BOTH chest and body as shown The body fit great the chest was a joke Barely even fit the velcro - terrible design I swear the strap in front was put on the wrong product All they tell me is order the smaller size down but that states 10-19 lbs which my dog is far more and fits in the middle of the medium Bottom line - TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY If I order a small and it s too small then they will take it back AT MY EXPENSE I ve already wasted 40 don t want to lose more Very unhappy and there is no return policy that truly helps It forces us to put in a name to get the order but once personalized they won t take it back AWFUL

i have purchased many harnasses for dogs from your company and they were excellent since I can not find a decent dog toy in the stores that the dogs dont destroy immediately I thought I would try some from you The ball on the rope is a disaster The dogs had bit pieces of the ball off it in 1 2 hr so I had to take it away from them The flat toy has already gotten the squeaker destroyed So an not pleased with the quality of these dog toys I had come to expect from your company

Received wrong product

Instead of receiving my dogs rain winter jacket that I ordered I received men s XXL pants And since it s coming from China it took a long time to get in the mail They did issue me a refund so I will change the 1 star to 3

GOOD PRODUCT - but a CHINA company Be careful

CHINA COMPANY - BEWARE Super slow and sub-par customer service You also get extra fees on your credit card because its international NOT FLORIDA BUT I changed my review because I did just get my order and it really is a good product It took a long time but overall I m happy with this harness I just wish they were transparent about company location and shipping times

Their life time guarantee is legit My first harness kinda frayed away due to poor Stitching they replaced it The replacement harness cracked in the cold Michigan weather making it useless I have contacted doggykingdom and was assured once again that a new one was on the way It kinda sucks to once again wait for delivery but it s worth it My service dog Reba loves this harness and it s so easy for me to get it on her
