It was great when it first came fit replacement

It was great when it first came fit perfect and had his name and my number on the side I ve had it for quite a while it s easy on easy off and machine washable The problem I have is less that a year ago my 60lb border collie was on a lead in the front yard saw a a dog across the street took off and the ring the lead clips to puked right out He was lose thank god it happened while I was home I would definitely buy another if he out grew it But I don t feel I should have to pay for a new one under these circumstances I know they are guaranteed and would like a replacement I have pictures I could send you

I m not surprised that this company has

I m not surprised that this company has good reviews they pay 10 dollars for it If you send them a picture of your review they ll reward you with money I purchased a M size according to the size chart and it was way too big I ve used is a dozen or so times and have made many adjustments to allow a comfortable fit but doesn t fit It slides from side to side I have 35 pound labradoodle Also lastly it ships from China and took well over a month I do not recomment this product especially with other companies selling the same product here in the US

Company has had a major problem with

Company has had a major problem with shipping I ordered in May and got contacted Monday from someone in New York who received my harness They were kind enough to send mine We were hoping I got theirs by mistake however I received somebody else s Trying to contact the other person so I can mail theirs to them Hoping they got the one from New York so we can get theirs to them

I purchased this collar about 6 months

I purchased this collar about 6 months ago and yes it fits well and is easy to put on but the quality of the stitching was really poor and the trim has come loose and I don t dare use it anymore because I am scared my dog will end up getting hurt My dollars were good so lets see if they stand behind their lifetime warranty now

Questionable

Had my dogs harness about 2 weeks and it s already starting to come apart not the happiest about it The idea behind it is fantastic just wish where the name patch is it would stop tearing apart Also the amount of texts and emails I get are unreal

Poor Quality

I really like the design of the harness but it is made poorly - cheaply It took forever to arrive as it is shipped from China and getting it through customs is a blackhole in terms of how long it might take It had threads hanging off in multiple places - was not finished well I have a very large dog and the handle tore off within a month - I was really disappointed because it really is a good design and would be attractive as well Too bad on the quality -

Harness is too big

Harness is too big she pulls out of it I ordered a small based on my dog s measurements Later I ordered a small in a winter harness and based on my dog s measurements it should have fit no it was too small I wanted to exchange it for a medium and the only way that can happen is return it to an Austrian address and the customer must pay for the shipping costs The shipping costs are more than the cost of the harness so you end up just keeping it I wouldn t deal with DoggyKingdom online site since you can t really return or exchange the product because of exorbitantly high shipping costs The label on the package says it shipped from Chino California then why can t we return it to that address for an even exchange

Disappointed

I ordered an extra small doggie harness for my yorkie--went by your measurement chart It was too big--and bulky like armor overkill I think this product would probably be more appropriate with using on a larger dog And it would have been nice to have known that I would have to wait for it to arrive from China

Unreliable sizing and poor customer service

On the plus side the harnesses are sturdily made On the negative despite what they say on the website it ships from China and takes quite a long time to come Once it does - I found the sizing guide had been completely wrong and there is no returns or refunds - best their customer service will do is offer a discount on buying a new one So rather disappointing

Harness fits Jake perfectly

Harness fits Jake perfectly easy to put on and take off but the attachment point in the rear makes him want to pull like a sled dog hard I need to find something else with maybe side attachment and see if it makes a difference
