Extremely disappointed service

My experience with this car rental company was anything but satisfying Despite a promising start my second encounter left me deeply disappointed I initially asked for an MG but all they could offer was a choice between a Duster or Groover I opted for the Duster and I was assured that I could switch within a week but it took a whopping 26 days for them to fulfill their promise despite my persistent reminders The Duster itself left much to be desired it lacked essential features like CarPlay and a camera and its bulky size made parking a nightmare When I tried to exchange it for an MG I was given a worn-out scratched vehicle that was an absolute pain to drive Despite my efforts to extend my rental the poor condition of their fleet and their terrible service forced me to decline Their communication skills were terrible they said they would pick me up at 10 PM I was ready at 10 and waited outside At 10 25 the driver asked for my location Then at 10 40 the driver told me he would arrive in 1 hour due to traffic However there was no traffic in Dubai for at least 2 hours He eventually arrived at 11 36 PM It was too late Everything was really bad I ve never had an experience like this before In conclusion I urge my fellow citizens to steer clear of this car rental company Their lack of professionalism poor vehicle maintenance and disregard for customer satisfaction make them a liability Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable rental service in Dubai

If you want yourself a nervous breakdown you ll get it They were late delivering the car aprox 2-3 hours If the car stops working or you face any problems good luck with getting anyone to respond call you in timely manner Waiting is the only constant you get from them and endless sorry And yes they block a certain amount on your credit card and you learn about it later nothing is mentioned during your car booking

Terrible Service - Staying away highly recommended

I got stuck with my elderly parents in the car for a very long time on the day of the rain disaster We got stuck in the car and the help came so late after I requested help They were only helping take the car when you indicated damage to the car Thankfully the car got damaged and they could take the car out of the flooded area The staff were highly careless only thinking about the car Humanity was dead for them I asked for help many times but they said the toll truck was coming but nobody had come for a very long time I understand that there might be delays in the toll truck arrival but in that case they should have told me to leave the car there I could not leave the car because they did not let me leave it On the 16th of April 2024 we had to stay in the car along with my parents for 12-13 hours When the morning came I literally begged for help from other vehicles to drop my parents off the home I could not come as the car was damaged due to rain and I waited for the toll truck for an additional hours of 8-9 so I waited in the car for a total of 20-21 hours While getting the police report they gave me the wrong information first and I got confused they did not answer my messages on time and they did not ask if I was good while in the car They only thought about the car they were careless about human life Also both my dad and my mom got highly sick due to the bad experience of that day I have still been dealing with their health situations There are other negative details but this complaint is so long and I think enough for people to understand what this company s mentality is Even though I told them these they did not care anything about us All they thought was that I give them back the car with minimum issues That s it I strongly recommend people not to rent a car from this company as you might encounter a scandal like me I will never rent a car from them again I also told many of my friends not to rent a car from this company Plus I will keep telling other people to stay away from them

Be careful with them they re a highway robbery I rented out a car and never got emailed a rental agreement I got my into a small accident and attempted to call them 5 times before I got a reply I was told to get an accident report which I did and it would ve costed me 520 dirhams that I d have to pay through dollar rental so I attempted to call them up to send them the accident report but got no reply so I had to drive back down to the airport to give it to them When I got there they were trying to charge me 570 dirhams for the accident report and not 520 due to a management fee after explaining that the police told me 520 dirhams they said they would wave the fee and I can pay it when I return the car When I got there they stated that they never said they were going to wave the management fee and I have to pay the 570 dirhams They also charged me for an extra day because I didn t return the car at 7 am in the morning even though I never got given a rental agreement so I never knew when to return the car nor was I told when I rented it out Please be careful renting with these guys as they will find any way to take your money

Be very careful renting a car with them They have a very bad practice of making deductions from your credit card without your authorization So they keep your credit card details yet they have taken a deposit I found them dodgy unsafe and bad communication Read every fine print in the contract they provide you ensure you ask questions because they will misinform you

Alert Highway robbery This was an absolute scam happened I ll never ever recommend anyone DOLLAR RENT A CARThis was happened last month I send official mail to discontinue my monthly rent a car service and team agreed and send official mail I was informed by the team to send driver to take the car back from my end But they didn t come or intended to avoid my calls After 5 days they send invoice for the whole month payment I refused and call customer service to sort out After several mail conversion finally they decided not to deduct my payment and taken back the car But yesterday I was notified by the FAB bank that the amount has been deducted from my account without my permission And that too 1600 It s really cheap trick that you guys used Don t ever do it to any customers
