Nice future machineLove it

I have previously bought a Doogee phone BL5000 from Debenhams and the phone is beautiful reliable and it has many good features and functions for the price point HOWEVER although my past experience of Doogee products has been good my current experience of dealing with Doogee has been abysmal I decided to get the new Doogee N20 but had to order direct through the Doogeemall site Debenhams don t do phones now Doogee have had my money for over a month now and they have still not dispatched my phone I have attempted to contact them on many occasions and their response is appalling The first time I contacted them they did respond to my email but they did not answer the questions that I had asked them Subsequent emails to them have been totally ignored and queries raised in their Support Centre are not responded to in any way at all I m giving them one more week and then that s it I ll call in Paypal or Visa and ask for their intervention to reclaim my money

Great products but absolutely the slowest shipping i have ever seen If you dont need the phone right away and can wait 2-3 mth to get it then buy here Just dont expect a reply from customer service when you ask them why it hasnt been shipped I will definitely go elswere to purchase my doogee gear from no on

Dooge is one of the best brands when it comes to rugged devices It is a great company whose rugged phones I need really to try one out

Bad product No quality Many functions do not work The client support does not exist

1 month after purchase my brand new Vmax fell from a table onto the floor and shattered the screen The phone is not usable now as certain pressure points in the broken glass flicker the screen into and out of false requests

1 year on after purchasing S40 and this week the phone has wiped and destroyed my memory card has a screen that is only on for 22 seconds even if you set it for longer and having to re-enter pins every time is becoming tiresome Had a few Doogee handsets in the past that lasted well over 2 years This time both handsets I ve recently purchased lasted a little over 1 year When they work they are great but as that seems to be only for a year

A year and a half ago I bought a Doogee Y9 the phone was great for the first year smooth fast great battery life but after a long time the battery is weak the phone is slow and just bad And big minus support for updates ended as soon as it started the last update was a year and a half ago Now I m just waiting for the phone to become inoperable and I can replace it

Doogee is flimsy outdated old chinese crap The tab for the tray for the SIM and SD card tray is so loose it feels like its going to snap after only having is sliding in and out like 5 times Not very often its slow and glitches constantly Closes windows when Im in the middle of doing something Not smart technology when i press to call a number then it takes an extra time wasting step to show the number on screen so i have to hit the button AGAIN to actually make the call doesnt connect calls have to keep re calling drops calls peoples voices get distorted its a piece of crap and 450 Ill never see again cuz their customer service sucks too

Got my new doogee v40 pro for the 1st day everything is working fine but regarding the battery which is i expect to stay longer time its draining fast like maximum 1 day and half maybe even if i didn t use it its still draining slowly What should i do
