Let down by delivery

Website advises 3 - 7 days delivery time I ordered and paid in full a door Last Thursday 12th of December Having not been given a delivery date yet I called today to phone and make sure it was on route I have just been told it wont be delivered until sometime in the new year Disappointing as I had used this company twice previously and all had gone well

Delivery on the website states 3 7 working days the delivery date was well over Call and cancelled delivery and changed to pick up I got lied to for 3 4 days cancelled order and ordered elsewhere due to trades being booked In

check your delivery

checked the 4 doors for physical damage after 4 days the carpenter came to fit the doors one had water damage but door and more said as it was over 48 hours after delivery they would do nothing so watch out

shocking delivery service not able to choose date then eventually did then morning due for delivery cancelled absolutely shockingly poor

I place order and a paid for delivery to get the door as soon as posible after 16 days i still no received the door this delayed the job and customer was upset had to compensate customer as they don t have a door now in the bathroom this cost me to loose one of my customers is very disappointed

Unhelpful and poor returns policy Lack of information on width and height measurements via web site led to a genuine error when ordering Would not use them again
