The quality of the folding door and the fixings were disappointing for the price The door was easily marked and damaged whist handling and fitting and the channel and runners were quite flimsy and don t run very smoothly The door was smaller than the measurements on your website which was actually lucky because we thought we would have to shave a bit of the door off to make it fit but that would have been a problem because the instructions in the package said the door should not be trimmed All a bit underwhelming really We were paying extra for quality rather than going to B Q or Wickes etc but we felt it was just very bog standard Not the quality of fittings and furnishings we have throughout the house Subsequent comment the door needed quite a lot of sanding to smooth some rough surfaces but now it has been undercoated and top coated it looks fine the runners and glides have settled down and the product now looks okay and is working okay Just a bit expensive for a rather basic product

Started off with good communication easy ordering delivery on time On day of delivery 19Th June 2 of the 4 doors order were damaged Reported this with telephone call email and photos immediately same day The aftersales service is not up to standard I have had to send numerous emails and made numerous telephone calls chasing replacement doors I am finally expecting replacement doors on 5th July This has only been confirmed by the courier company and not doors more I am giving 2 stars because of the aftersales poor service

Placed and order on 18 July and received confirmation I called them 01 August and was told the doors are not in stock and would not be until 07 August despite showing as available now So a 3 week wait for something i expected within a week

The door was stapled together and no glue ro be seen whilst hanging the door it began to come apart I used screws to secure the cross members and diagonals I did not expect much for the money but I did expect it to be a lot better than it was

waited in 3 days for delivery s 1st day was due at 3 pm and never showed 2nd day apparently the lorry broke 3rd day was Saturday due at 10 am never showed again 4th attempt got them on following Wednesday

We ordered 5 doors the delivery came and we opened the boxes only 2 5 were correct After several telephone calls to try and get our order out as soon as possible we finally received correct amount 5 days later Very inconvenient On the plus side doors look lovely yes Sam did work to resolve the order and get it to us as quick as possible But that does not change the fact we had 3 5 wrong doors delivered We also had to spend several day s on and off the phone trying to resolve this

Although door finish and delivery was fine I ended up having to take just over the 18mm lipping and was surprised to find the solid engineered door was actually chip board and poor quality not dense board If this had been stated on site I would have gone with other makes that use a solid soft wood core

Delivery service was not as mentioned had a call to say when and specifically asked not to have delivery on wednesday but was still booked Not easy to find way to change Further the delivery was made by one person requesting that I help the driver offload This is a health and safety issue and you do not know the circumstances of the buyer first time i have encountered this unusual request not acceptable and not mentioned on initial service the goods delivered had evidence of transit damage there was a strange request that unpacked goods will not be returnable and inspection must be made before unpacking which is totally impractical

The supplier had no idea when my ordered item will be delivered had no consignment number or any other evidence that it had been sent After waiting for several days i had to cancel and request a refund After that the door was suddenly delivered to my address without warning I called to Doors More to arrange collection A transport company called me and said that the earliest they could pick up the item was in ten days time So i am now living with a spare door Any needs a door PS - Two stars rather than one for hustle-free refund which is also an achievement given the rest of my experience with this company

Door quality is good but suggest they amend their delivery info second time they have exceeded the quoted 3 to 7 working days delivery but still charge full delivery without a hint of refund Said it was couriers that aren t able to deliver it quicker Decent doors at a decent price but don t plan your project around website delivery dates wait for confirmation
