Great product

Great product great price communication generally very good Only slight downside was that they forgot to tell me that I had a split delivery due to one of my doors coming from a different manufacturer This was sorted with a quick phone call Would definitely recommend this company

Almost Perfect

With a standard order they are 100 solid no qualms or problems But their site did not mention having to cut down a bi-fold kit a kit to me means screw it together and asking for a refund took some effort But on a high we got the refund they are as good as their word cannot really complain Better instructions on the site please

We were very pleased with doors and more order came promptly and notification given throughout Given 4 because unfortunately one door was slightly marked and first contact with the returns department was not satisfactory However a second call soon sorted everything

I ordered a solid oak bi-fold door

I ordered a solid oak bi-fold door It was delivered on time well packaged and the door itself is beautifully constructed Once installed the door opens and closes effortlessly and the overall look is exactly what I had hoped for The only reason for four stars and not five is the door panels rub each time the door opens closes causing a squeak It is machined to a high tolerance making it difficult to get sandpaper in to round off the edge slightly

The doors appear to be good quality and arrived quickly at the time and day advised The only reason I did not give a 5 star review is that one of the eight doors was slightly bowed I did not return it as the bow was not excessive 1-2 mm and I did not wish to delay hanging the door I had also thought I had ordered pre-finished doors and not the un-finished doors I received - but this may have been my error although I think your web-site may have contributed to the confusion

So far so good i e delivered in time and item external door looks great although it has not been unpacked yet as wont be fitted for another couple of weeks I m sure it will be as good as it looks but will obviously need to reserve final judgement star until performance as an external door is assessed

Really great service

Really great service despite changing my order partway through the process admin team dealt with it very efficiently The only disappointment was that I didn t receive the free door handle kits for both doors ordered Other than that very impressed

Nice heavy weight doors door handles at a good price Unfortunately one door chipped at bottom but not visible until unwrapped As damage must be reported within 48 hrs It was too late Delivery was good delivery personnel brought doors into the house I would advise that you should check doors unwrapped within 48 hrs Fortunately our joiner sorted the damaged bit
