please save your moneyought a memory foam classic most

Bought a memory foam classic most uncomfortable mattress I have ever bought i have a slat bed and I could feel every slat through the mattress so bad I had to go and buy another memory foam mattress to put underneath order number 000503713This is the order number I received from you when I made a purchase

The mattress was delivered to the wrong

The mattress was delivered to the wrong address and wrong postcode even though the correct address and postcode was written on the mattress We was then told 4 days later that it had been safely delivered and was in a safe place That was an absolute lie the parcel was left on the front drive of someone else s house in full public view for God knows how long this could ve been stolen at any time as the occupants were not in We were stressing out because we d been told it had been safely delivered and yet we hadn t received the parcel I suggest you get a new delivery company and delivery drivers who can actually read addresses

Too Firm

Leaving aside the advertising and never ending sale special promotions I ordered a mattress topper the basic one at 99 hopefully it would soften my main mattress that feels too firm causing shoulder and hip discomfort during the night Sadly despite ordering the softer option it has not done the trick as the topper is too unyielding so rather than add a softer layer to the bed it s just added another firm layer for me a waste of money It s trying to be a stand alone mattress rather than complimentary comfort Thank you for your reply and suggestion I will contact your customer service team and see if they can help

Pain

The mattress topper has been on the bed two days and since it s been on I m suffering with sore back and stiff neck which I never did before I m finding it hard to get comfortable at all but want to give it chance not sure how many more nights I can keep it on the bed don t want to feel like this over Xmas

Plush mattress topper and mattress - Sleeping on concrete

We order a plush mattress topper and a plush essential mattress The order arrived within two weeks of ordering the product online We followed the instructions as per the manual leaving the mattress out for up to 6 hours to ensure it has fully expanded to it shape Both my wife and I were looking forward to a comfortable sleep on our new plush mattress How wrong was I Are first night sleep was like sleeping on concrete As it was a new mattress we thought we would give it chance to soften but still after a few weeks it is still like sleeping on concrete I fully understand that people like to sleep on a firm mattress but our plush mattress was so hard After spending nearly 500 we are really disappointed

Why was there no warning that it can

Why was there no warning that it can take weeks for the stench of the manufacturing process to leave the the mattress this should be a big hello and not it may take a couple of hours that is is in your guarantee card

Mattress topper has no straps to secure it in place so moves around easily Cost 40 to return the topper despite 60 day trial Won t be buying from Dormeo in the future

Products are good customer service and

Products are good customer service and advertising absolutely shocking State on TV that delivery between 5 and 5 days when chased up said it would be 28 days when 28 days passed still no correspondence from Dormeo when I chased it after a week was promised ab free pillow as compensation only to be told they have no record of that conversation I did eventually get both products after alot of calls and chasing but it s pretty poor all round from there customer service i gave 2 stars because the products are as described If you check the 1 and 2 stars reviews it s a common thing I wouldn t buy anything from this firm again I d use another company who value ther customers

Bought the double classic memory foam

Bought the double classic memory foam mattress as it looked really good on the advert on TV however it s not as comfy as they make out woke up a few times during the night tossing and turning and it doesn t stay cool as advertised on TV Being memory foam I would have thought it would have been thicker too instead of the measley 14 Not very happy with it I d send it back if I didn t have to pay the 39 couriers fee
