WARNING website has dodgy links and price may change when you come to pay - fingers crossed they have fixed it

WARNING - if you are looking to buy something from this website it can be very misleading I put a mattress topper in my basket the web site encouraged me to up- grade which I did total price 199 When I came to pay the price had gone up-to 423 50 I phoned customer services twice and they just put me through to sales when they tried to sell me something different I emailed with all emails attached and received a ticket number They told me to phone and the sales team would honour the order I was then put back through to customer services back to sales then back to customer services and now waiting for a manager and have been on the phone for over an hour Now waiting for a call back from the manager tomorrow if I get a resolution and they sort their web site out I am happy to amend my review watch this space Buyer beware UPDATEThey have eventually honoured the original price I did point out that they have a problem with their systems and suggested they fixed it watch this space Matress due to be delivered on the 13th December finger crossed

The service was fine but I was not pleased after using the mattress It seemed to be quite hard and therefore uncomfortable I called the company and was encouraged only to return after a few weeks of trial A very polite agent who insisted I persevere before making a final decision If you are considering remember it takes a bit of time to accustomed

Dissatisfied

Ordered my new mattress and 3-5 day delivery only after I paid for it does it then say up to 28days delivery Finally received an email saying delivery would be next day it never arrived and then came next day Not very good service and feel like mattress hasn t expanded is it should now been 36 hours and it s still looks quiet flat

Mattress is brilliant

Mattress is brilliant really comfy should have bought one sooner Only complaint I live on the second floor in a small block of flats I am 70 years old and I pull and push mattress in box upstairs as driver refused to do so

Jury still out

2 weeks to arrive which was expected delivery wasn t great as in I only found out on the day it was being delivered that it was being delivered had no notice so was just as well I was working from home however I would normally have been in the office on that particular day Mattress wise the jury is Still out on that one it s taking a bit of getting use to I m hoping it works out but if not I have the 60 night trail

Feedback from online customer

Ordering online is straightforward and got a confirmation email then nothing 5 days later a courier arrived no email or text to alert me to this delivery it was lucky I was home I raised this with Dormeo customer service who told me that its up to me to track my delivery Yes there is a number but I have to google courier company name and find their tracking service Not very customer friendly Topper has been on my bed for about a week Not sure if I ll keep it Its slightly too big and as no straps to keep it in place it moves around
