From start when we were looking for the right mattress to the delivery it was all very professional with updates on how our order was going When the old mattress was picked up we were given an hours notice They arrived and took some photos and took it away without hassle We then had an email from them with the photos of the pick up We were very pleased with the whole process

Shortly after receiving the mattress the company messaged asking is everything okay and if I was happy with the mattress I did think the mattress was a bit too hard at first but it s the most comfortable mattress I ve ever bought

This was bought as a replacement for a Simba mattress and it has been the best decision we made It does take you a few nights to get used to it but it is definitely a better sleep The only downside is that you couldn t unwrap and set up by yourself - definitely needs 2 people

Dreamcloud makes an awesome mattress it s really comfortable and after a year of use it still looks and feels like new

This is the second Dreamcloud Luxury Hybrid mattress I have bought I have had lower back problems for the past couple of years linked to poor mobility in my hips I bought this mattress for a spare room other websites rated its firmness at 6 out of 10 but I find that bizarre because it feels very firm like an 8 What I can say is I don t wake up with back pains now My sleep after a couple of nights of using it was incredible I was able to turn position with little effort because I wasn t sunken into the mattress The pain of turning position in my old bed would wake me up The bed has amazing edge support to So I ordered a second mattress for my main bedroom I tend to end up on the edge of the bed but now ai don t roll off into the wall Amazing mattress I highly recommend

We have had this mattress for over a month now and I didn t want to rush into giving a review straight away After giving the time for the mattress to prove it s self we are not disappointed and would recommend to others

We researched the top matress brands and decided to go with DreamCloud This was primarily because of the 365 day returns policy plus what I had researched online Inc videos on YouTube etc We didn t know anyone who had bought one We purchased a super king The ordering process was straightforward We elected yo split the payments over 9 months interest free The delivery was simple convenient and quick It arrived vacuum packed so was easy to move into position The matress is amazing We initially felt it was slightly firm but the structure means that within a few minutes you slowly sink into a soft and supported position It is not bouncy When you get in and out of bed the side structure remains firm Our old mattress basically collaped at the edges This feels like great quality My wife had a back issue and I had a shoulder issue which have gone since sleeping on this matress

Finally getting up in the morning with no lower back pain My husband is using the pillow that came with the package It s too bulky for me but it s either stopping his snoring or I m sleeping so well I don t wake up and hear him He finds the pillow really comfy We both sleeping much better

I have waited for a few months to leave a review to give us time to have slept on the Dreamcloud Sleep mattress for long enough to be able to write an honest review We can genuinely say that this mattress is the BEST mattress we have ever slept on Since we have been using this mattress for 8 months now we never have a stiff back in the morning which is something my husband I have put up with for years The ordering service delivery were all very straightforward Thank You Very Much We would fully recommend this mattress to everyone

Had this mattress since the end of March So far it s very good good support for lower back Here s hoping it continues to offer a good mix of comfort and support and not sag like our previous one from a different brand did
