Warning - Scam - Product not as displayed

Warning Dont order - I ordered 3 items 1st a necklace with a look through memorial picture The full photo I sent - whatever they did when looking through the necklace it was not centered causing 1 2 the picture to be cut off 2nd I ordered another necklace was a cross with 9 birthstones Actual necklace looks nothing like the picture the cross is huge and very cheap feels like plastic jewelry The colouring on the birthstones are also off not accurate My 3rd item was a embroidered sweater of a dog with a name cheap quality sweater and very disappointing stiching embroidery looks as though whoever did it has no clue what they are doing Image looks horrific nothing like what I sent hardly looks like a dog I will never wear it I wish I could share my photos Guaranteed reaching out will accomplish nothing and be more of a waste of my time than this experience already has been I m not looking for another defensive response from this company I m only here to warn others Don t order anything You will get the product but it is a scam Lesson learned Always read reviews before ordering

A shame it does not allow you to have a preview when it comes to personalized picture on shirts The sweater quality is poor and not better than those from aliexpress or temu which makes sense since the products are customized there Shipping was also unfortunately longer than expected Return shipment is allowed but they will deduct 50 of the payment which is not customer friendly

I ordered a keychain with a QR code

I ordered a keychain with a QR code that should lead to a song on Spotify Overall it looks okay but the code is incorrect and links to a different song What am I supposed to do now A return doesn t make sense as they ll only refund 50 of the amount In the end I paid 22 including shipping and can only get 5 back What nonsense I absolutely do not recommend ordering anything from here

The online shopping worked very well I think the layout and style of the website doesn t look that serious that it could be I think a neutral design less colours would be better for costumers
