I had bought a domain and wanted to add A record in the domain as like domainname com ABut they said they said they have a policy that does not allow A record as in A records in the domain which is useless and a waste of time they seems to have limitations as a domain registers i am also complaining to Internic authority

Worst company ever we have 5k of domains with them support is super bad never ever use this company they don t take it serious

Does not have basic DNS management tools

I signed up to be a domain reseller and paid my signup fee enticed by their claim to be most advanced turnkey solution available for reselling domain names On signing up it was not even possible to edit DNS records without paying an extra 9 PER DOMAIN This was not disclosed anywhere before signing up Chatting to support operators I was told yeah we get this complaint all the time My request for a refund within a couple of hours of signing up was declined and I was pointed to the no refunds clause in the Ts Cs This is in direct contravention of UK distance selling legislation The service is not fit for purpose and the company is well aware of this Avoid at all costs

Dreamscape Networks Crazy Domains is the worst hosting company I have ever dealt with

I have had the bad luck of having to deal with Crazy Domains and their parent company Dreamscape Networks a bunch of times over the last 12 years Their website looks fancy and their positive testimonials on the website look good but when it comes down to it they have a customer support team who don t seem to know what they re doing My reseller account is currently not accessible and support are unable to tell me when it will be accessible I don t understand how a company that s able to buy up other companies that were previously good and then run them like this can even exist It really speaks volumes to see that the Google reviews for Crazy Domains and Dreamscape Networks no longer exist You d have to be Crazy to use Crazy Domains

I don t feel like 1 star is low enough

I don t feel like 1 star is low enough for crazy domains My business emails are out again a quick google search will reveal just how often this happens and the warnings from others to avoid crazy domains for anything but a hobby website It s all true From a security standpoint there is none foreign customer support has access to all your email passwords should they forward that information on you are compromised This new outage hack As with all the outages they make you jump through hoops trying to pin it on the customer until you corner them and they give you a cut and paste outage response no timeline for restoration Financal cost has now caught up with me and I have no choice but to pursue them for costs

Less than 1 Star Absolute Garbage They hide extra services and unwarranted charges that suddenly turn up on your credit card Don t trust these guys there s way better less dishonest hosts Almost criminal

If zero was a option I would choose it STAY AWAY

I registered a ch domain with crazy domains that required a external process which like com au domains on other registrars you are TOLD and informed about it They did not inform me in anyway and would not provide me a refund as the domain is already active and verified you can tell switch that so never choose crazy domains
