Deceitful company

I wish I could give this company a zero rating Purchased items totaling 90 on December 6th 2022 and as of January 12th they still have not arrived In communication with Sara from the company she claimed items where shipped from California however when entering tracking information it states status unavailable items have not been entered This company is a fraud and is not located in the US Thankfully I paid through Paypal and have escalated a complaint to them Please DO not waste your time and money purchasing from this company They are very quick to take your payment but their customer service is horrible

Impossible to return a shirt

They go by many aliases on Facebook and despite telling me that the order had shipped from one of their warehouses in the States and that I should receive it in 2-10 days it had actually shipped from China In the process of a dispute on PayPal currently who advised me to refuse the package The company lied multiple times in emails to me including where the goods were made where they had shipped from and how long it would take Awful

Impossible to return a shirt Ordered a medium that fit me like an extra large sent numerous emails and they WOULD NOT provide any return instructions address Just kept apologizing that I wasn t satisfied Total Scammers Ended up donating it doubt anybody would want it

Avoid this company if you want to try

This company are complete fraudsters They say that they operate from USA but there items are made and shipped from China I ordered x3 items and its taken over 6 weeks to arrive The fabric that is used is cheap sizes run small typically Chinese sizes The white blouse I ordered did not even close around my chest When I asked to return the item I was given option of keeping the item and partial refund of only 10 dollars would be given via PayPal which is the payment method that I use when shopping online I found the advertisement on Facebook and they were operating under the name of Varyle Beware of these scammsters One very expensive lesson of 139 dollars later

Avoid this company it also trades under Verrojo Fashion if you want to try the clothes for size first forget it as they don t except returns on clothes that don t fit Very poor quality nothing like described on their website Shocking customer service I m now stuck with two lots of loungewear that doesn t fit 70 quid out of pocket thanks

I received no items

Same disgraceful experience as other purchasers Am trying to return 95 worth of goods purchased two months ago and have had absolutely zilch response from Customer Service Their chat line sings soothing songs but they clearly dont have any influence over customer service department Am continuing to chase them

Complete fraud

Complete fraud I wish I could give no stars I have no idea how this company hacked my PayPal account and supposedly submitted a bogus order PayPal them treats this as dissatisfied with purchase and gives no way to resolve This is theft and I m suspicious about PayPal being complicate in this as I have read so many complaints I did not place an order I did not receive a product and shame on PayPal for not helping to resolve this

Fraud fraud PayPal should be ashamed to be associated with them They keep changing their name not US company After I contacted them they blocked my number text I have tried tried to file dispute with PayPal even got disconnected with PayPal assistant he was taking my info I have spent hours trying to get an answer No items no refund

The product is of poor quality and the sizing is very small I suspect the clothing is not a USA company but rather a Chinese company If you are trying to return the product forget it They will not answer emails or their customer service line Buyer beware

I ordered clothes from this website on 15-08-2021 I eventually only received 2 of the 3 items and they were cheap knock-off attempts of what was advertised The company advertised items to be made in US and ship from LA My order was made and shipped from China I attempted to contact the company via email several times and kept getting excuses i was looing for the customer service number and i found this number which is i reach out the customer service arranged a refund for me which was much appreciated
