I waited 2 months for my order after I had paid The clothes finally arrived and were nothing like I had ordered The picture for one dress was midi length linen dress and jacket - what did I get - mini-mini that doesn t even cover made from a thin poly blend - YUCK They use photos of quality European clothing and make a very cheap and different version I asked to return no response then I went on the social media and i found this helpful info seven6eight four zero one one I FINALLY SENT BACK THE WHOLE CHEAP LOOKINGDRESS BACK did receive a bomber except it is NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS SHOWN What the hell Who does this THE PRODUCT IS GARBAGE THE WAIT TIME TO GET IT S 2 MONTHS AND MORE GETTING

It took several weeks before I received the 3 blouses I ordered They looked so good on the site and model but the material is awful and definitely not as cute as on the ad I did not like any of the 3 I ordered The company is in China I think which is misleading on the site

My Merchandise Was Not What I Ordered 1I ordered 2 dresses the same size I waited a long time Only after I challenged the charge did They show up One was tiny one was large the material was a joke They barely resembled the pic A quality that made me cry IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE I used their own guide and ordered clothing up one size None of the clothes fit This clothing is so cheap you cannot even use it as dust rags I sent an email to the company they do not answer my email then I went on the internet and I found this COMPANY HELP which is f seven two four five I contacted this company they admitted their mistake is what I order and they sent me the wrong colors and different material item finally they have provided me a refund and return label FOR THIS CHEAP THIN CHEAP MATERIAL DRESS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE PRODUCT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED so disappointing would not recommend to my friends Buyer beware Buy American-made in the USA

Customer Service was ok

This order came as a surprize I contacted PayPal and they said it looked legit I didn t even open any of the 19 items sent for 705 00 charge stuffed into one small bag I contacted them only after I checked to see if even the email site was a scam After back and forth emails with Sara at customer service and an unsuccessful attempt to get my credit card to reverse the charge I agreed to their final offer It was not a full refund but higher than the previous two They actually did refund what Sara said she would They refused to take the clothing back I did open the items and try them on So yes cheap material but what do you expect for roughly 37 00 Every order was size M and overall were close to size M some were a bit larger but the size seems accurate The patterns did match up at the seams better than any cheap clothing I have seen at stores I can t recommend you take a chance on this company but I did give 3 stars because I got some refund and Customer service was nice online Goodwill Industries will be getting some new clothes to sell And some people s taste might have liked the items

Pleasantly surprised

After reading all the negative reviews I was very dubious and even tried to cancel my order requested a full refund as I did not expect it to arrive I was pleasantly surprised when it turned up a couple of days later Both dresses fitted perfectly and the quality was as expected

I was extremely happy with the dresses I ordered for my daughter and niece to be bridesmaid at their grandparents renewal of vows ceremony The dresses were both a perfect fit and the quality was amazing I had been wary of buying from a website I d never heard of but we were limited with where we could buy full length dresses at a good price I would definitely use the company again if I needed this kind of dress and I would definitely recommend to a friend The girls looked amazing

I feel like I am reading other reviews for the wrong company as I have just received my 2nd successful order of 5 beautiful dresses Fit great good quality and I received compliments even today when I was wearing a top from my last order The colours are really unique and as in the pictures I knew the order would not arrive quickly but it came Of course you always cross your fingers and thankfully Just love them and this is a geniune review
