This filton branch are low life

This filton branch are low life thieves of the worse kind they steal money of you for things you do not need or want they tske your money and then leave you out to dry you do t pay once with this company you end up paying 2 or 3 times for the same thing especially if you have someone like Phil from the filton branch dealing with you He is a liar and a thief best stay well away from drive vauxhall

Such poor customer service

Such poor customer service My motability car went in for service at 9am no call until I called them at 4 to then be told they couldn t get a part till the following day That was a couple of days after I saw the motability specialist I m not sure these people even know much about their own cars to be perfectly honest If I was paying my own money I d buy elsewhere

We brought a new mg4 ev from drive Patchway not been right from start a list of problems the main one uses about 40 for 20mile journey they finally said there s a battery fault after having it a week cant say when it well be fixed but won t supply a courtesy car Bloody disgusting DONT BUY FROM THEM

Drive Vauxhall Nuneaton is now the worst dealer for responding to customer emails with regards to new orders Your forced to call and even then you can t get a honest answer Definitely will not be using Drive Vauxhall in the future And don t get me started when comes to services oil all over the engine bay after its first service Treat mobility drivers like crap don t keep you updated and don t return you phone calls or emails move your delivery date without telling you

Car went in for a recall on rear bottom

Car went in for a recall on rear bottom arms they put two bottoms arms on but knocked the rear alignment out and worn the inside of tyre out it was ok on previous tyres rang them they said it was down to Vauxhall they did the work avoid and take car to somewhere who can do the job properly

Abysmal after care service Scarborough branch

Scarborough MG service and repair never again The car was booked in for 3 days 2 weeks later I have picked it up This has been a stressful experience due to chronic Management planning abysmal lack of communication lack of thought and empathy towards the customer All in all awful Would not recommend this branch

9 MONTHS AWAITING REPAIR

9 months now my van has been at scarborough Drive Peugeot aftersales waiting for a repair just one calamity after another lots of excuses and talk of lack of staff and technicians to do the work difficult to get thru on the phone nonchalant and seemingly uninterested that they have had my van 9months as if that s totally acceptable i m self employed and lost all my summer contracts told me it was ready to collect last week but as of monday this morning it s still not repaired it s like fisher price my first car dealership seem chaotic disorganised and disconnected from both the customer and the brand manufacturers Shameful

My wife bought a nearly new Mokka from Drive Vauxhall Bristol North a couple of months ago Recently had a puncture but discovered there was no wheel nut key given over at handover Rang the dealer but there was no give in them whatsoever practically accused her of lying for the sake of 68 for a new set of nut locks despite handing over multiple 1000 s for the car Shocking aftersales and shortsighted because they have lost any future business from us

Drive MG Darlington The worst experience ever agreed to buy a new car on 7 11 2024 paid deposit and complete payment on collection on 19 11 2024 I double checked the price was right with Chris as did the salesman and was told yes so all paperwork signed by both parties and order form given Received phone call from salesman on 18 11 2024 to confirm I was collecting car and I asked for reg No so I could insure the car Received another phone call in the afternoon 20 hours before collection from Andrew general manager to say I could not have the car as they had made a mistake on price but I could have a lower spec model for the same price I refused and told there is nothing they can do so asked for my deposit back They couldn t tell me why it had taken so long to tell me 11 days They only contacted me after I put an official complaint to their head office Again by Andrew to arrange a meeting with a senior manager call recorded this never happened either he never rang back to confirm Then there is Chris the sales manager who caused all this but lies constantly not available to talk when I rang but sent an E mail explaining nothing while I was on the phone with his colleague who told him I wanted to talk He lied again what he failed to note his email and my phone calls are time stamped I eventually got my deposit back on 28 11 2024 12 days after asking and 21 days after paying I never got any reply from their head office Can t give lower than 1 star or I would AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID USE ANY DEALER BUT THESE
