Scam

Absolutely shocking Paid 13 last month in hope I would get a test and I have had nothing at all from them Complete waste of money and I had more luck doing it myself on the official DVSA website rather than this useless website I am definitely switching to a different app to get me a test but this is nothing but a scam and a waste of money Do not make the same mistake as me Would really appreciate a refund

I signed in reading the positive reviews on trustpilot They are a big fraud I signed in by paying and I got a test sms the same day but unfortunately I did not respond to them Thought I had given an autobooking option they did not book the test for me I asked for a refund because I booked my short term test myself and got my driving licence They tell me that since they offered me a test I am not eligible for refund They will not far by cheating customers

I paid 17 99 and over two days I found myself a test by watching the gov website while driving scout ignored them even though I set the settings to catch the same test that I got For reference I paid on the 29th dec and had it searching until I found my own test for the 8th of Jan on the 31st of December now they won t refund me

I feel cheated

I feel cheated I ve been waiting for almost two years I ve always exchanged messages with Tina We re going to make it or I can t do anything In a few months my written test will expire I ve never asked for anything too much my wife has already taken the test twice and some friends too they were all recommended by me well after my registration payment I would like to have an explanation a shame I am making this claim as my last hope I hope they give me some attention

Absolutely shocking Was searching for a cancellation for over a year and they offered me nothing except a test which was 2 days notice Refused to give me a refund because of this as well Ended up having to pay for another service which found me a cancellation within a month Awful awful company

BUYERS BEWARE - False advertising

BUYERS BEWARE - It s unlimited tests for 1 booking of a test Don t purchase There are far better options available on the market Correspondence from the company subsequently when this was raised was defensive rude and not up to par They also had ridiculous lead times on replies

awful awful awful

Not sure why this company has good reviews I joined a second cancellation service who found me a test early December original test date was 3rd January Because I didn t specify the end search date Driving Scout cancelled that test and rescheduled a cancellation for the 4th Now they are saying they won t refund me despite the website saying money back guarantee I m not trying to get a free service Their service didn t work for me and I ve found a better one Seems like they re scamming people and then making up rules that are NOT in the terms and conditions Avoid

Terrible

Terrible did not offer one booking They then stopped the search on day 20 and said I couldn t get a refund as not given them 3 weeks They try to say in T C that if you chargeback they will charge you 29 admin fee which is illegal Don t believe them and get a refund as the service they provide is not as described Obviously their bots are not quick enough to get tests

Please do not waste your money on this app it is totally rubbish They do not locate any available slots If you need to change your driving test date or location your driving instructor can swop with other students they have ONCE AGAIN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Stressful experience waste of energy and terrible customer service

Paid for this service hoping it would alleviate the stress of searching for a cancellation In three weeks I was only offered one option outside my preference even though when I checked DVSA there were other options available Customer service was shocking It felt like a robot was answering me I was also refused a refund even though I carefully checked their policy Reached a point I asked them to stop the searching although I am not even convinced they were searching at all
