Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service I have used a couple of other services to find cancellations but they lacked customer service I had to wait for a few days for response But with driving genie my mails are responded to within a few minutes Fantastic and highly recommended

Great experience with Driving Test Genie

I am very happy to have had a test booked through Driving Test Genie after a couple of weeks on the App in my local driving test centre where there are limited tests available I highly recommend the service

I was so impressed with this app and service I would highly recommend My son couldn t get a driving test near us that wasn t months and months away and so we booked the best one we could get- then got the app and crossed our fingers for the test centres we actually wanted with a date that was closer Within 2 weeks we had a better date and the test centre we wanted I even emailed the customer service to tweak our search and they replied promptly and professionally Very successful and efficient Many thanks

I had had to move my driving exams several times but Driving test Genie has been very accommodating There are there to support you until you pass the exam Extremely grateful to have found them

I was quite sceptical at first but I m telling you this app works I was able to get a cancellation really easily and it gives me peace of mind knowing I can quickly book onto another test should I need to really easily

I absolutely love this app I was getting booking notices in less than 12 hours after downloading the app In only 3 days I had the test centre location the time and the date I wanted The support staff are very polite professional and responsive My emails typically are answered in less than 5 minutes This app will save you a load of time and stress Worth every penny

Genie is the best at what they do in my previous test I was given a longer date but almost immediately Genie gave me a closer date and I was really happy Please I recommend genie for everyone because they are reliable and good at giving earlier dates for practical driving test
