Ordered the food a while back Loved the fast delivery dogs lived IT Tried to oder this evening the price showed 110 for food an treat they offered at The end I paid with PayPal to be safe as always and my bill was 200 you can t get ahold of anyone I m so disappointed If it isn t handled I will be forced to find yet another food they will eat It s not good business practices to not be honest and easy to get ahold of Will be my last order sadly

"Customer Service is Horrible"
Customer Service is Horrible Food is good I guess There are plenty out there to choose from that are equally as good or better It is not worth the customer Service hassle to buy this food any longer What a headache to try to communicate with them only to receive the same tired bot email back several times I had to go out of town and my SIL was watching the dogs and I needed to update my auto-delivery I did not get any help except a script of how to reset the password which I stated in the email I had tried every action Then they told me I was not set up with an acct So how do I have an account set up in my password bank that brings me right to the logon screen get countless emails about my account and not to mention I am on an auto-delivery that I have logged in to change before I cancelled my auto subscribe and ordered the Farmers Dog Life is too short to deal with BS

"I cannot really give a true opinion "
I cannot really give a true opinion except the reason I buy it is because it is raw products and my dog is on raw and has been since she was less then a year old She had many issues so we do not really want to experiment too much at times we need food as raw is still frozen she wont eat that or we ran out or for travel She likes the food eats it right up wet or dry She is not on it routine

"My experience with Dr Martys dog food thus far"
I was somewhat frustrated at the email news that my order had been sent out I had previously texted to let you know that Misty was transitioning slowly to her new regimen At this writing we are not uet into her 3rd bag of the original order She is a 16yo 11lb schnoodle who is prone to pancreatis so I have to monitor her food intake and out processing pretty closely I actually cut her food with a small amount of high grade chicken bone broth and a half a hardboiled egg twice a day She does not care for the taste of your food on its own The up side so far is that she no longer scratches which makes us all happy Saves me 2 00 a day on her Apequel scrip I have also found that not rehydrating her food first and refrigerating is better I simply put the dry food in a food processor and refrigerate the shredded food until I m ready to parcel it out No spoilage When its time to eat I mix the egg broth and dry food together and heat in the micro for 15 secs and its ready to go and so is she To get back on point I requested that you hold future shipments until she had had the benefit of all 3 bags to see if this food was right for her and that obviously did not happen Hence my frustration I will keep this order but please do not drop ship future orders until I request it Thank you Regards Jeff Woodcock

Yogi liked the taste of the food I mixed with a high level dry food and some fresh food He s eating well and has good firm poops

"Too expensive and not enough"
We have two German Shepherds Male-80 lbs and Female-65 lbs We only feed our dogs a raw natural diet Both of my dogs LOVE this food However based on the recommended serving size for each dog and two meals per day four meals per day total the maximum of 6 bags per month isn t nearly enough to use this food as a primary source It is simply too expensive for the amount of food received

It is a work in progress getting my dogs to eagerly eat your dog food I wish I could just make meal time as easy as lightly moistening the dry food and put it before them- I have 2 dogs But it can sit there sometimes and they won t touch it I know it is perfect nutrition for them and wish this acceptance could improve faster

Love the product but delayed delayed delayed shipments and sending to the wrong address despite phone calls asking and being assured that the wrong address had been wiped from the account to prevent this happening again We re going to NY state again this summer and hope that we can continue to receive our shipments without delay and to the correct address We shall see

"Love Hate relationship"
We LOVE the food Our dogs LOVE the food We order bags monthly but the last 3 months you have been out and we ve waited 2-3 for shipping We all know we don t change our pups diet and this is stressful to both owner and pup In talking with customer service they make it sounds like this happens once every couple of months which doesn t seem to be the case Why do you run out
