First your re-ordering process is not a customer friendly process I notified you folks that I was having trouble with getting my cat to eat your product anymore There was a very slow response to my issues The only product that she would eat was your Salmon mixture I tried to get back on your site to order more of this but could not find it So I ve giving up and moved on to a different feed

I had to cancel and restart my subscription so many times I didn t know what would show up in the mail change the probiotic amount and no dog food came and vice versa I finally cancelled my subscription You need a computer program more flexible to the consumer like the one on onlynaturalpet com fast easy and the shipment arrives in just a few days

"Poor customer service"
We ordered online and enjoyed the first shipment The second shipment never arrived 300 and the fact that my dog did not have food did not seem to bother the people in customer service When dog food arrived it looked totally different and my dog would not eat it and when I called I was told that the recipe changes seasonally I had shipping difficulties 3 times and received little to no customer service And finally stopped ordering

"My cats don t like fish"
My cats don t like it This is not the fault of the product Neither likes fish They even refuse raw salmon I purchase it to have on hand if for some reason I can t get meat for their raw diet They will eat it eventually but I get dirty looks all the while They prefer it dry My cats would appreciate a different flavor if you ever make one

"Customer service not great"
My dog loves the food but they need to learn some business etiquette and ship the product out on time I order Apr 5 and today is the 17th and still hasn t shipped out 4th time in a row this has happened I order 6 bags a month I would think they would have this problem sorted out by now time to move on to different food unfortunately

"Factory delivery issues"
Food is fine but reliability is horrible it seems that there are problems w the factory and getting food out on time I signed up for automatic delivery and they constantly miss getting it to me on time So if I want to continue using dr Marty food I had to go to a distributor 40 minutes away They need to fix their supply issues

"Even though my dog likes your food"
Even though my dog likes your food I find it to be too expensive for such a small 16oz amount Things now a days are too expensive for what you get I wish you would increase the weight amount and DECREASE the price to bring it more in line with a REASONABLE PRICE more people can afford Where the small amounts might be good for small dogs it is insufficient for bigger breeds to the point that it can only be used as a topper and barely that Sorry I had to give it up

The product is amazing My dog is healthier Happier More puppy like As for the value there is very little in the bag And though I m on a continuity program seldom does the product arrive in time Thus I have purchased additional bags to help in those transitional situations And I have found those Dr Marty bags for less than what is on your site Lastly the upsells are ridiculous Stop it You have me already as a lifelong client Make me feel like a valued client

The food I believe is working well The people that picks up the phone to trace or talk about the product are clueless The marketing on the webpage keep pushing products and confuses me and my friends I referred I don t know who s running the show there But you guys are beyond complicated at this point

"Very Late and Unreliable Shipping"
The product itself is great my cat is at a healthy weight and much more active However there seems to be some major problems in their shipping department Every order has been up to 6 weeks late which makes it almost impossible to keep my cat on a healthy diet I have to constantly go to the supermarket and buy her unhealthy food while I m waiting for late shipments
