"Not a trustworthy supplier for your pet s food"
Food is good but as many reviewers here have stated fulfillment and customer service is horrible I have been trying to get my order fulfilled for almost 2 weeks Ordered 4 bags Received 1 Called customer service a couple of times and got the runaround - it s on the pallet now it s being processed now - each time stating that it would be shipping out in 24-48 hours but nothing It s not a great feeling not knowing if you re going to be able to get your dog s food especially as it s running low There is no transparency about their pet food supply and availability I have asked is this out of stock Please just tell me so I can make other arrangements for my dog s food But have been assured that they have the food So where is it Why hasn t it shipped I had subscribed to the service a couple of years ago and canceled for the same reason Thought maybe they had gotten it together by now but I was wrong I am now transitioning my dog to a more reliable food source

"BEEN BUYING DR MARTY S FOR FIVE YEARS"
BEEN BUYING DR MARTY S FOR FIVE YEARS PRODUCT HAS CHANGED IT IS HORRIBLE This year the product has changed I have been buying this food for five years The kibbles used to be brown with a healthy fish smell which is great for a dog food The shape was a tube with the ends pinched The kibbles are now light beige with no fish smell it is more of a chemical smell The shape of the kibble is like an earplug and it is porous The real test of the food is that my dog will not eat it I have a dog that will eat most everything cucumbers tomatoes raw spinach broccoli etc He will not eat this new recipe When I called customer service I was told that it is the same recipe as always I had the call escalated The supervisor that I spoke to admitted that the color and shape are different but the recipe remains the same Hmmm how does that add up I suppose that a company could keep same recipe and put different ingredients or different amounts and still say they have not changed the recipe However this is not the same dog food Well my dog refuses to eat it and when I set a bowl of the original down instead he gobbles it down Therefore it is not an issue with my dog but an issue with the food

Most organ meats contain TOXINS especially from the liver and kidneys that will SHORTEN the animal s life substantially organ meats are being shunned because they are categorized derisively as by-products

"Terrible customer support "
Just like the other reviewer said the customer support was HORRIFIC I tried calling 3 times waited an average of OVER 30 minutes each time and NEVER got anyone to answer my call My initial order from the company apparently did not have the apt included so UPS could not deliver the package s I tried to emailed their support but their email response was not visible to me I will have to cancel my order and work with my credit card company to get my refund since I can not get anyone to answer at the company they probably have an outside service answering service Will not ever deal with this company again

There is no option to order one bag only Option are minimum 3 bags and no other business does that Then don t see their dog treats any where on their site Why can t they just show Discontinued and stop waisting customer s time Very inconvenient ordering dog food

I apologize but if he really truly loved animals he would not be trying to make a buck online on TV etc He would apply his knowledge and share his food without excessive prices to help people with their pets instead of trying to get them to buy his product This is a sad sad outcome for our society today because instead of wanting to help we only want MONEY

"VERY POOR service"
Communications with this company is very bad Trying to get answers or replies to emails is impossible They simply do not stand behind their products or promises Just because someone puts a name on a line of products doesn t make them good We will NOT be purchasing anything now or in the future

Ordered from Dr Marty dog loves the food It is very expensive though Regardless I tried to make another order of 12 bags and was told they don t ship to Australia can t help me Yet funny that I already had an order is to why I wanted to order more One star given for customer service and incorrect information Food is good for dog though as said very expensive

"Complete fraud "
I ordered a box of these bags of food for my cats We have four cats in the house I followed the gradual introduction of the food to their diet to the letter in fact I didn t introduce the full diet until two weeks Not one of the cats liked it in the least I can only wonder why the ads fail to mention that at the very least not all cats will like his product As far as I m concerned Dr Marty is a dishonest quack

My little shin Tzu rescue is not a good eater I orderedNatures blend hoping for great results My dog bobby will only sniff and turn away I do not want a refund Do you have any answers I am low income and can t afford to keep trying diff foods I tried all suggestions I will donate the bag to a dog shelter I am happy with your service So plz HELP
