"Video missing leading about ages"
disappointed that nowhere in the video or after i did a profile was i informed that this was not formulated for puppies Only after i gave feedback on how well she liked it was i contacted per email that it was not formulated for puppies I stated that i had not replaced her puppy food with it but used it as a topping But if she should not be eating it would have to cancel my auto ship never received an apology of any kind just a message stating sorry to see me cancel my order which technically i did not cancel your customer service didI didn t need a email explaining why my dog should have puppy food If you d read my statement you would have seen that I have her on a hood puppy food and only added yours as a topper Still no response to your video not saying it s not for puppy s Your product is good your customer service is not

The people that work there are nice enough the dog food stinks I mean literally I can t get the smell out of my house Additionally this food is no different than most foods that you can purchase at Pet Food Express Petco and others The difference is the price is more than double

"Disappointing Shipment Times"
I have always been pleased with the product I am not however pleased with delayed shipments This has happened multiple times While customer service is always polite and helpful it should not take over a month or longer to receive a product for which I ve paid Sadly I don t believe that I will continue to order for this reason I will have to find another alternative for our dog

"My dogs LOVE this food but company very inconsistent with delivery"
Never get my food on time and then I order 6 bags and I ve never received that and they show it hasn t shipped so you put in a replacement order and I ve never received that Very disappointed I also have had autoship for over a yea rand that doesn t even ship regularly My dogs love this food and because of the irregularity I ve had to get other freeze dried dog food to supplement

My dogs love your food but your delivery is 50 50 This time we had to go out and buy all new stuff Their stomachs got upset We buy 3 bags each time thinking we should have no problem with overlap because we had this problem before Still missing it and all we had was Sorry for the inconvenience Again Disappointed

The product was fine and my dog had no problem eating with it on his food however it did not stop him from scratching He is a Cockapoo with long floppy ears that become warm moist creating itchiness I clean his ears and try to keep them dry but they still bother him a lot I was hoping the supplement would help in that process but it did not

"The food is awesome"
The food is awesome my dogs love it However service has been very poor the last few years my subscription has been cancelled a few times for payment even though funds available but no email or contact to let me know Also Out of stock occurring more often so much so that have to feed dogs half of yours and half of another brand that i can find here so they dont get sick because i wind up having to feed that solely more often

"Canceled subscription for expired food"
Would like to say you did great or even good but sorry to say I can not Had received a bad shipment of either old or expired dog food made a phone call and the representative handled it by sending me a replacement but somehow canceled my subscription and then I m making another call and this time the representative was not so helpful at all So on the verge of canceling and do say my pup would really not miss it

"Great Food less than great shipping "
Every time I place an order there is a delay leaving the warehouse Extremely disappointed that orders can not be completed in a timely fashion I set up a scheduled order an it is always delayed and the date I set is not stable it changes each month very inconsistent Please get your act together We have been ordering for almost a year Our dog loves the food but very disappointed with the service

"The food is very good but the customer service is lacking"
The food is very good and my cat likes it However I found a very small piece of plastic in the last batch Had my cat eaten it he could have had digestion problems I reported the problem They wanted a picture of the plastic I am unable to take and send pictures I don t have a smart phone I never heard another word from them I m disappointed in their customer service but the food is good
