It s was obvious a very trying time as my dad pass away just before we flew out we are from UK and my dad from South Africa which I thought would complicate things Which it did when the travel insurance disputed the claim I was introduce to Ease Assist at the hospital in Sharm and what a blessing that turned out to be They very very effective communicated every step and were fast They dealt with authorities embassy insurance and transport effortlessly - I received WhatsApp updates constantly They went above duty and collected lost property and couriered it to me After all was done urn with ashes and documentation translated versions as well arrived back in South Africa they still enquired if all was in order I know it is just a job for them but to me it felt if they care that dad was handled with dignity and care I ll be forever grateful - and if you need their service sorry for your lost your in good hands I just had two quotes for the service and they were really reasonable
