I ordered 3 keys originally and

I ordered 3 keys originally and unfortunately when they arrived none of them worked in my mailbox I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded and mailed out 3 new keys the representative assured me that they would try the keys in the lock before they were shipped I would think that would be a standard practice to assure that the keys fit before they are shipped

Order a key for a cabinet that was locked The key came in the next day and worked great It opens perfectly

Don t use

I will not use this company I ordered one key charged me for 4 still waiting on that refund I ordered another key and they sent me the lock still waiting on that refund

Although my keys had to be back ordered EasyKeys kept me informed via email If I had any questions there was an email address I could query They emailed me when my keys were shipped I appreciate the customer service follow through

Easiest Way to Get a Difficult Duplicate Key

I was amazed that they could provide a duplicate key without having to send them mine Much better an more convienent than trying to get one made at the USPS

replacements were shipped very quickly

The keys arrived withing a couple of days One set didn t work but working replacements were shipped very quickly
