The goods are fine

The goods are fine but I am not happy happy when you have given your order that it is not completed before you have to listen to a lot of sales talk trying to push a lot of other things I have had this discussion with an operator in the past It puts me off wanting to place an order

My parcel arrived eventually but I wasn t sure it was coming at all It was a bit of a nightmare to order as I was ordering for my husband It wouldn t accept his card after trying it twice I then ordered with my card which initially said was rejected so gave up trying but lo and behold the item came after a few days I still don t know what happened

Can t believe how long it took to

Can t believe how long it took to actually give an order to the lovely lady who had to go through endless questions to fulfil he brief If she hadn t been so sweet I would have put the phone down and gone somewhere else No need for all those questions nobody else has that way of dealing with customers Won t be back

The delivery was fast and instructions for delivery followedGoods were as expected BUTThe person who took my phone order was difficult to understand and seemed to find it difficult to understand me Misheard my order and sent double the amountI have returned the goods for a refund - not yet received Printing the returns label - some difficulty with IT even though I followed instructions I am IT literate

Sofa covers

Don t know if it s because our sofa is leather the back of it tends to fall off and it could be a few inches wider The 2 seater is better They are ok for the money

Handy products bad communication

Handy products but do not inform you if items are out of stock They put the item on a back order only found if you have an account and leave other in stock items from your order with the back order I had to wait 6 weeks for an in stock item till other out of stock were available Feel Easy life could do better with this and give you the option to cancel the out of stock items

two good products very good the other hopeless

I bought a garden kneeler and two comfy back scrubbers these items are extremely good I also bought 2 Tavistock Jones glow in the dark alarm clocks these are proving to be useless as they glowed in the dark for the first two nights but not the hands On the third night one did not glow at all and on the fourth night neither glowed so a complete waste of money
