Great microwave loving the flat bed would never go back to turn table The quality of this microwave is great was fed up of cheaper ones so decided to go to a commercial one best choice Would recommend both company service and microwave

Simple to order with competitive pricing Initial partial order arrived as scheduled slight problem with a missing adaptor but this was rectified immediately Well done Currently waiting for the last ordered item

The Induction Hob started showing faults some display digits not shown

The induction hob lost its display unit I was expecting spare parts as a remedy Although it took time to resolve the issue the outcome was much better than I had anticipated The company sent me new hob Over the moon

My second ever company review as generally they are a generically ok or usually worse but I was delighted with every aspect of my experience with ECatering My previous dough mixer had broken down and I needed a replacement the next day to continue trading so speed of delivery and price were key for me I found Ecatering to be extremely competitive and when my adviser Matthew added a further discount it was a no brainier Matthew as well as being very polite and friendly called around the haulage contractors they use and was very knowledgable about the whole delivery process Great peace of mind and it was delivered following on from texts and online tracking to keep me informed of progress Fred s- brilliant the next day I will be using them for all my commercial purchases from now on Keep up the gold star service
