Can t recommend enough

I had several quotes before deciding to use ECH Not only was their quote the most reasonable but after the onsite survey it came down as we didn t need as many panels as first thought Throughout Carl was engaging knowledgeable easy to contact was never pushy or trying to sell me more than I needed The installation was done in a day on the day planned and Luc kept me informed of their arrival time on the day itself Luc and his colleague I didn t get his name worked extremely hard on one of the hottest days we d had in a while They were clean tidy and efficient no mess left behind and a very neat installation of the inverter in my garage When I come to retrofit a battery in a few years time I ll certainly be using ECH again

These Guys Know Solar

As with other reviews Carl and the team at ECH are a top bunch and we were very happy from initial contact to installation Pricewise they were in the middle the best place to be its easy to buy cheap and buy twice and nobody wants to pay over the odds I know if I want advise or support in the future this company will be there for me There are loads of solar companies out there yes you have to shop around just make sure ECH GROUP are in the mix

Impressed with Solar and Battery fitting

We were really impressed with ECH Group from start to finish We took a while to decide what we wanted and there were only occasional friendly emails to see if we had decided we didn t feel harassed like with other companies we had engaged with When the installation day came we were really impressed with the team that fitted them so quickly and professionally installed and left everything neater than they found it We are also really impressed with the performance of the Solar Panels and battery that we had fitted especially as fitted during a rainy period

I picked ECH for my solar installation after much research The service was impeccable Carl Hughes has immense knowledge of the different systems and options and was able to help configure the right system for the property There was total transparency on the price no hidden extras The installation team were professional polite and very good at their job I can t fault any aspect of the service - absolutely brilliant

Proffesional and experienced

For me the one thing that stood out was my conversation with Carl Although at this present time i was not in a position to take up the very good offer on the solar system carl was still able to answer my questions It is clear to me that Carl had a depth of knowledge and integrity was proffesional and very helpful I will invest in their services at ECH once i am in the position to do so I would recomend anyone who has been bombarded with solar installers to seek out ECH and speak with carl they have a long history in this business which for me counts as a big positive

I got 3 quotes before choosing ECH to supply and fit our Solar PV system ECH matched my style and were excellent value for money They were professional and pragmatic not at all pushy Carl and the team were exceptionally quick to respond to questions I was able to choose panels having done a bit of technical and market research I didn t have to wait long for the installation and the chaps that did the job were very hard working polite and tidy The panels and battery have been up and working well even in November

Excellent Solar installation

After contacting a number of solar suppliers which unearthed a lot of different options it was very good to have discussions with Carl to help me understand the differences resulting in several phone calls from myself to clarify With Carl s recommendations we came up with a very good solution for our property The work was completed in April by a professional team I find it hard to fault anything they did It is now mid June and is generating slightly more than predicted and I am receiving good money from export Highly recommend this company for anyone considering a solar and or battery installation
