Decent Company

Overall a good experience dealing with this company Only reason this is not 5 stars is the length of time it took from booking to collection over a week however I appreciate things are really busy at the moment Special mention for their driver H really nice guy great communicator and flexible in his approach he worked with me to overcome an unforeseen challenge with my particular collection and we achieved the desired result He is a credit to the Company

Inspection of car

Edwin came to inspect and assess my car today He was very polite and friendly He communicated with me through the whole experience I would highly reccommend

Cameran collected my Audi A4 up and did a good job Kept me updated on his schedule as he was running late due to public transport standard

Good experience for first sale

Only downside had to wait 1 week for pick up Otherwise Edwin contacted me the night before and on the day to give details He was punctual polite and took time to explain selling process Would use again

Ecomotive collection on behalf of Motorway

My car was being collected by Ecomotive after I sold it through Motorway The initial appointment was cancelled due to illness of the driver which can t be helped but was frustrating they did communicate well and organised it for the following day I was on a deadline and it was a bit tight with another change of driver to get as early a collection as possible In the end Edwin collected it he was very communicative and a nice guy he explained the process and was nice to chat cars with on the test drive
