DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY My items took over a month to arrive and were of very poor quality When wanting to return I have had a real battle with them eventually they agreed to a return but I have to pay for the postage - 25 00 the return address is in China The website is very misleading I wish I had read the previous reviews on here before buying from them

Avoid They won t refund Email after email Eventually give you a return address in China after they ve offered you 30 credit which you have to fund yourself Lesson learned but I m effecting a charge back now through credit card company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY The clothes look lovely on the website and its very professional looking DO NOT BE FOOLED I ordered multiple sizes of two outfits so i could find the most suitable and all four items came and were awful poor quality i didnt even try them on I contacted the company straight away to refund I was told that they could offer me a 30 off other items if i kept them or i return and pay the shipping fee I chose to pay the 31 70 shipping fee to CHINA LONDON BASED MY A in the hopes of at least 80 refund returned I am still waiting on my refund 3 months later disputing with the bank now

Unable to return clothes as they don t have a base in Europe despite the website saying they offer refunds within 14 days which is simply not true Comes from China Don t order unless you re going to keep it all I won t be shopping here again

If I could give less than 1 star I would Appalling company and terrible customer service Dress arrived with a large stain told to just wash it out Returned and on their return form states damaged items will have return costs reimbursed They say not damaged just stained a stain is damaged They refuse to refund the 22 it cost to return the dress to China so out of pocket Avoid them at all costs Went to Citizens Advice for guidance and to make sure I wasn t incorrect with my understanding and they confirmed I am correct and they ve reported to trading standards

As per the previous reviews - avoid avoid Quality is poor item different to website colour not the same delivery took forever the so called return is impossible and not worth it after paying the cost back to China Even with the so called 50 discount I received when ordering the item the quality is not worth a fraction of what I paid So disappointing

Order didnt arrive When emailed them I get a standard response as order is still in transit and say can only issue refund once goods received Ordered 19th July Numerous emails sent and 36 lost Avoid

AVOID this company Purchased a dress which took 3 weeks to come and once it did arrive was a different colour and poor quality Although the website says they accept refunds when you contact them they first offer you a 15 credit then a 30 when challenged explaining you can keep the item that s no use to you But leave you out of pocket Once challenged further they accepted the return which cost 13 as its to China They requested tracking information which I shared then went silent on me I have reported this company and recovered my money through the bank Do not use this site
