Order Was Lost in the Mail
I placed an order on Nov 30 to ensure it arrived before Christmas By Dec 13 it appeared to be lost in the mail I contacted Ekster and received a reply within 2 hours stating they would send a replacement They reordered it on their end on Dec 14 and I received it Dec 19 EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Received empty sealed package
I received an empty sealed package few days ago and reached out right away to customer service as i was pretty frustrated and disappointed I got a message from Bianca first thing the following morning asking few question and got another one sent right away without hesitation Not every company does that nowadays Thanks again for the good customer service and quick response Bianca keep it up it s really appreciated

Shipping Issue
With less than a week before Christmas I was excited when my Ekster wallet package arrived in the mail only to find it near empty when I opened it up The only item in the package was a 10 gift card I was very upset knowing how slow the mail is close to Christmas and how hard it is dealing with customer service reps I thought for sure this would be a fiasco After filling out a missing item form I was immediately contacted by Axel from customer service He was extremely helpful and professional He provided me with a same day tracking number on my order with an apology Well done Ekster I will definitely be ordering from them more often

Very sleek and modern design wallets
Very sleek and modern design wallets The customer service is great and very prompt I had a slight issue with my wallet which I had purcahsed a year ago approx 5 days less than a year they covered it under warranty and sent me a new replacement wallet free of charge Overall experience with wallet was very good convenient and now customer service is beyond expectations I really recommend this company and the products to all those looking for modern sleek wallets

I bought a wallet Ended up having an issue with the card trigger mechanism I reached out to Ekster customer service Bianca answered I told her the issue And within a day she sent me a brand new wallet and told me to keep or discard the defective one 10 10 customer service Will be using Ekster for years to come solely based on the customer service Thanks Bianca

Really cool products functional lever excellent choice in styles now - I have a glow in the dark wallet just because Really amazing service too USPS lost my package for about five days and refused to do anything and customer service instantly tried to send me a replacement USPS found the package after my complaints but really excellent service Thanks Mercedes

Two wallets two years still happy
I purchased a wallet for my husband two years ago and he loves it This year I purchased the same one for my son but with Apple tag He was also very happy with the wallet design size shape etc Unfortunately a part broke on the wallet a few weeks after getting it This to me is when you can really tell the most important thing about a business Do they stand behind their product Ekster support was great responsive and extremely courteous - and it was super easy to make the warranty claim online - no waiting on the phone for hours I would not hesitate to purchase from them again knowing that they have great support when things don t go as planned

I bought my husband a Fortuna Parliament wallet for Christmas 22 It recently stopped ejecting the cards Agustin my warranty representative was awesome I submitted a claim form with a video and the code number and I had a new wallet on the way immediately Thank you Ekster for being a customer first company
