Absolutely devastating talking to William The thought of my mother or father who are both in their 80 s speaking with him chills my blood and really I am not exaggerating I am a former social worker now attorney who has worked in the healthcare field for several years William kept cutting me off wouldn t let me finish a thought was very patronizing and frankly upsetting I actually had to tell him that I was going to end the conversation because speaking with him was so upsetting I would ask a specific question and he repeated an answer a couple of times to something I did not ask I would encourage anyone who is seeking assistance for their parents to be with your mom and or dad when making all calls our parents need advocacy and deserve to be treated with dignity

My experience in discussing Medicaid LTC qualifying with this company was not so great and I ll not be signing the contract for their services at a cost just shy of an entire month s care in Memory Care for my parent the emails I m receiving to pressure me into doing so notwithstanding I spoke quite briefly with Nicholas and a Benefits Specialist both of whom were overly reassuring that now that I d contacted them it would be smooth sailing Having managed a complex etstate for over 3 yrs I know better than to be soothed by a sales pitch Some of their information was misstated or plain wrong Don t worry about the vehicle MA will grab it In fact it s exempt The IRS can t collect taxes from someone deceased In fact they will collect from any estate remaining Their sales pitch came on way too strong and I alternately sought help from Medicaid Planners at the state level that will cost nothing preserving precious estate resources The state MA planners informed me of the vehicle exemption and the tax infomation can be found most anywhere estate closure is mentioned I would simply suggest that unless you have an unrestricted flow of cash that you seek out alternate help with MA LTC planning and don t fall for the hard sell from Eldercare Resource Planning LLC there are free resources out there

Salesmen overstated their experience for the State of Hawaii After many conversations we asked how many cases they handled in Hawaii they worked less than 10 Not impressed and we lost confidence in the group

William was so demanding and did not seem interested in helping me as my wife is and has been in a nursing home for over 2 years He told me my attorney was not knowledgeable and everything that has been done during the past years is not helpful or financially beneficial to me I guess he is the expert and has no patience I thought he was a professional jerk He has no compassion I was expecting an overview of how your process works All I recieved was interrogation and criticism I feel like I might as well give up and die What is the point

You should prepare an activities log of today s for client as well as Eldercare The only issue I had was being told immediate action items in the beginning and then told to change a key action item OverallThe support Kaitlyn provided was excellent

They did a great job getting us medicaid approved in less than 2 months There was just one hiccup with money moved that caused alot of anxiety for me but was resolved in the end Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review

At first I was a bit skeptical about using ERP but what a weight off my shoulders it ended up being Shenita worked with the Business office of my mom s new facility They typically do not take Medicaid-pending cases but they were so impressed with the communication and follow-up from Shenita that they made an exception Thankfully all the incredible advice and hand-holding resulted in getting my mom into a wonderful facility and is getting the care she needs So grateful for ERP and recommend them to anyone who doesn t want to try and piece the process together on their own

William at Eldercare Resource Planning was incredibly helpful Over a 10 minute call he effectively listened to my needs understood my circumstances and equipped me with invaluable information to help my mother prepare for Medicaid support It has been stressful caring for my mother and dizzying trying to make sense out of medicaid qualification on my own But now after a call with William a path forward is clear What a relief Thank you William and thank you Eldercare Resource Planning

We were assigned to one specialist and then they switched me to another specialist only to go back to the original specialist that was a bit confusing Other than that our experience with ECR Planning was great Liz was knowledgeable and explained things clearly She was organized and responded in a timely fashion She kept us on task without being pesky Their document sharing system was easy to use It was worth the money in having their guidance through the process
