The team at Eldercare Resource Planning did exactly as they said they would They helped us to navigate the highly confusing paperwork that was required for our loved one to qualify for Medi-cal What seemed daunting to us was broken down into easy to understand steps I would recommend their service to anyone

They are knowledgeable and dedicated

When I contacted this company I was frustrated and hopeless I was trying to get some help under Spousal Impoverishment Protection for taking care of my husband who has Alzheimer I applied through Covered California and the case was submitted to the County but it was denied twice This company fought for me and proved my eligibility I have recommended them to the daycare that my husband attends in case someone else needs help

I reached out at Eldercare Resource Planning for assistance with medicaid planning through the American Council on Aging I received a prompt email and phone call to assess our needs and situation The guidance then provided by Mr Shrodes was exceptional caring and incredibly helpful I feel like I can relax now that I know what to do I highly recommend them

I had an Memory care attorney in the beginning to help me apply my husband for Medicaid He had his information for 3 months and did nothing I fired him and found Eldercare Resource Planning Mr William Shrodes helped me understand the process and after talking with him I felt I could trust his company Within 2 weeks Denice had the application into DHS I later was assigned to Tiana She also was extremely kind knowledgeable and self directed in my interest I was very happy with the honest reliable and efficient service

Eldercare Planning never gives up

We had to place our 94 year old mother into a memory care facility but she had no income except social security We heard about Eldercare Resource Planning and learned after a review of her situation they felt she would qualify for Medicaid It took 7 months due to unique circumstance of our mother s past finances but we finally got approval Eldercare completed most of the paper work advised us on what we had to do and kept the state agency to task They were very thorough and to task They never gave up We never could had been successful without them We highly recommend them

Excellent service through a difficult time

We were going through a difficult time with my father in law in rehab and then long term care I was guided through the entire process and given advice on strategies to get my father in law the financial assistance that he needed to maintain his long-term care Everyone was very helpful but our medicaid specialists was helpful and responsive on every step of the way

It is really good customer service

It is really good customer service The two associates I worked with Jennifer and Edith were very helpful They explained what I needed to do and what would required of me in the future They went the extra mile and helped with an issue at the very end I would recommend them to my friends and family and if needed would use their services again

Smart customized responsive

I signed up for a Medicaid Benefits Consultation on behalf of my 90-year old mother who is currently in Assisted Living Margaret provided an excellent summary in my initial conversation The consultation with Liz was extremely helpful and she was able to answer almost all of my questions on the initial call If she didn t have the answer she followed up with colleagues or did additional research and got back to me quickly I am very happy I worked with ECR on this important process I have much greater clarity and confidence on the key issues assumptions and risks in our plan Thank you ECR

Working with Cortney made my life so much easier The hoops that need to be jumped through to meet the criteria for Medicaid can be a real challenge Having Eldercare Resource take care of the responses keep track of what was needed when and keep in touch so I knew where things were heading took a huge burden off my shoulder

I highly recommend working with Eldercare Resource Planning when you need support to file for state or federal care of your loved one They are professional organized and very responsive I could always rely upon my team to answer questions They were patient with both me and the agencies they worked with whom were very backlogged Eldercare Resource planning navigated the process and brought the approval as we had hoped for It was a relief for me as the process was confusing filled with so much paperwork and emotional I had faith from our first intake call that they would succeed with an approval
