My order was placed over 30 days ago Apparently the shipping chosen doesnt include batteries Logically being that i just placed the order I still need it nothing has changed from the time i ordered it I replied saying please ship it by ground then anything for me to get the order fufilled shipped asap I am then notified another item for the order has been backordered Not by 1-2 weeks but by 45 days Okay not a problem please just send me what you do have and either cancel the backordered items or even better replace the cost with some other items that total cheaper than the cancelled items Either or What i did not expect to happen was for them to cancel my order outright Intentionally pushing my order to the back of the line and priority if i were to reorder Nasty Its now been 5 business days and i still have not received the funds from the cancelled order

Since I placed an order on June 7 til now I haven t got any confirmation email

bought the same product twice the 1st one died after 3days the 2nd one paid for 2day shipping it came in five days then worked for one day and that was it It stopped working so now I have to see if I can get a refund

i was happy because electromaker gives the best price with 0 delivery fee to asia country but turns out ups charge me about 40 for handling care and taxes

Usually never have a problem This time I order a item that said was in stock Over the weekend Tuesday get a email stating was on backorder I emailed when they expected to ship Was told they didn t not have a ship date and was working on getting one I called and emailed multiple times trying to cancel that item Took almost a full day

shipment to peru is taking forever still i dont get my stuff

I had to swap the plugins just used the old one and it is working fine

Well I got a link for a review before I even received my purchase orderd 10 days ago have tried calling multiple times emailed let messages went through a third party purchase app and have tried to get the issue resolved but every time I cal it says it s busy and the emails I wrote haven t been responded to to try and figure this out was called one time by a very kind lady that instructed me to re submit my payment info and I did but never received a call back or wether or not my shipment it s coming

They didn t have the parts we needed after placing an order
