The reboot implementation program has been steadily giving me tools to operate as my own entity I ve struggled with out-of-control sexual behavior for half of my life and this program is helping me to finally hold myself accountable for my actions thoughts and emotions It resonates not just on a professional level but on a personal one I can tell that the owner and the other group members have experienced the same things as I have It helps to feel less isolated in the world And the best part is that it makes you work building discipline and understanding of yourself in the meantime

So to start with I was sooo excited to start this program The cost in CAD was more then I wanted to pay but I m hoping it was worth it The feedback you guys give is great but I find the modules hard to follow sometimes and at first I was confused on how to get items from the modules to print out One thing I would suggest to add or change would be to build an app specifically for this with messaging capabilities This way guys don t need to use Facebook or messenger and possibly slip or relapse as there could be tempting content on their Facebook The program says to avoid social media yet we need to use it to complete many obstacles throughout the program Just my 2 cents

I m a few weeks into the program and
I m a few weeks into the program and I m seeing improvement I still have relapses but fewer than I used to It s all about implementation I know that if I actually use the tools given to me by the modules and the books I ll make progress While I have tried different techniques in the past this is the first thing I ve tried that combines accountability community support boundaries tools and reading and the combination of those things is really valuable

This program is excellent In all my years of fighting I ve never seen anyone even close to tackling this addiction like JK has What he does better than anyone else is provide a practical system that completely removes willpower from the equation For guys who have been addicted to porn for years willpower is at best a truly ineffective approach to fighting against those crippling urges This system is head and shoulder above any NoFap community Reddit forum or any other day counting approach Those don t work for guys who s addiction has followed them from their teenage to adult years This system is truly changing my life and I am grateful that I took this leap of faith

This program is essential to beat this addiction We suffer from a new addiction where there is not much info out there In fact there are many who believe this is not even an addiction This program provides a systematic way to free yourself from the chains of porn The tools work However don t start the program until you are 100 committed I can tell you first hand 76 days sober which is the longest streak my whole life it works
