I have been in the program for about 2 weeks now and I am so glad I joined There s great interaction on the FB group and quality information in the modules This is NOT a magic fix for your compulsive behaviour it is a system that you must implement yourself and with accountability in the group but I think it is well worth the investment

Mental health is a vital thing and people in my opinion shouldn t neglect taking care of their mental health No doubts that it s very important to keep your mental health stable because everything depends on the condition of your mental health Your actions your behavior and the total condition of your organism depend on it I have decided to understand my personality and I required proper doctors for it I applied to this clinic and manager chose me a doctor which helped me with my issues and nowadays everything is okay with my consious I would recommend this place for people with disease which are connected with their mental health

My control over my behavior skyrocketed when I joined and put in the work

This program has given me the community structure and expertise to successfully manage the issues in my life which resulted from compulsive sexual behavior I had the volition before but something happened when I joined this group where I started to actually make consistent progress It just felt like everything I had learned on my own suddenly clicked into place and the support from the members here was valid honest and challenging at times Used to spend hours every day masturbating now I haven t watched porn in over three months Doesn t mean that life is magically fixed but I have leverage now to start moving forward This program takes a lot of independent work and reflection- it is slightly more disorganized than I thought it would be going in but it is clear the people running it have put their heart and soul into it

Since I ve joined the Porn Reboot System I ve grown a lot in terms of emotional maturity self confidence and efficacy and having the mindset to achieve my goals everyday Following a system is critical during my reboot and JK s program helped me find ways to establish my routines accountability and boundaries to help make my reboot as simple as possible There have been times where I felt like my reboot was a guessing game and I also had my bouts of apathy during recovery but I had to understand that this was part of the process I ve been in the system for 8 months now and I feel much better about myself and have a good sense of control More work has to be done but I m very proud of my progress so far
