Holistic Recovery Program

This program isn t about just helping men to just get by or be average The skills and tools you learn allow men to become above-average and excel in their relationships and careers I love the holistic approach of this program It doesn t just focus on porn and masturbation but targets how to break bad habits and create healthy life sustaining ones I personally struggled for years to get up out of bed at a consistent time and this program has allowed me to wake up everyday at the same time while also being very motivated and ready to start my day I ve seen growth in all areas of my life and that s what I wanted in a recovery program JK is incredibly knowledgeable and knows his stuff Any question you have he ll give you a detailed response You aren t alone in this journal with our recovery group that s extremely motivating This was a decision that I ll never regret and the personal growth and value that I m receiving and will continue to receive throughout the program is priceless

A life changing learning experience

Joining the implementation program has been one of the most important decisions I have made in my life Through this program I have - been a part of a supportive community that actually CARES about each other and knows exactly what you are going through - have established strong relationships with accountability partners that are going through the system with you - excellent resources from modules recommended books doctors coaches seasoned members in the group and of course the man himself JK Emezi - been given the tools to help understand how to gain control of this compulsive behaviour instead of it automatically running my life and later on learn why I have this compulsive behaviour and start to do the work to heal from it - feeling more confident in myself to move forward in life from this behaviour and start to lead the life that I want to for myself I cannot thank this program enough for the change it has brought into my life and the healthy habits and skills that I will continue to use and make a part of my daily life It takes work but the things in life that are truly worth it takes work and you have an abundance of support to help you through it in this program I highly recommend anyone that is serious about gaining control of their compulsive behaviour with PMO to join this program I assure you there is nothing like it out there Andrew

Great and supportive group helping brothers with all aspects of their life

I joined the Reboot program in April 2020 and have really benefited from the content and support from the group The ability to openly disclose discuss and ask for advice from the group about your problems and struggles has really helped me to feel listened to and move forward in my life This is so much different to all of the approaches i have used before I have gained a better understanding of myself and other aspects of my life Realising some of the triggers i have and who i really am This program has really saved my life I have a long way to go and its is so hard as i have been an addict for more than 25 years I am learning everyday and this group and the reboot program is essential for my recovery and future journey This is a great program and JK genuinely cares and the content is excellent I would really recommend this program to anyone who is using porn masturbation to fill a void in their lives and wants to really change

My Experience in the Implementation Group

The program is exactly what it is advertised to be a system meant to give control and understanding in a fairly short amount of time The modules breakdown into exercises and teaching videos which together help plant the seeds of a successful recovery Along with the expected learning material and system the support from fellow brothers in the group as well as team members instigates an attitude of discipline in participants I entered this programs in a state of total relapse where I was acting out many times daily I was completely out of control and terrified about what was happening in my life I took the leap and entered this program not sure what to expect and my life has completely changed I no longer obsessively fantasize about women I am comfortable living days without porn I can manage my urges better than I ever thought possible I have gotten much of my life back and I now fully believe I will recover The program demands commitment and hard work If you can offer that it is worth it

This program has been life changing

This program has been life changing from the moment I started it It has the tools and techniques necessary to implement life changes to sustain a new life past the addiction I think that s what s important is that you get so consumed with elevating and becoming a high level version of yourself there becomes no room for your addiction and because of the system you re able to exercise it out for good

Thanks to this program I ve been able to identify areas of my life I didn t even realise were impacted by compulsive behaviour It s allowed me to go deep into my patterns of behaviour and begin to change - not looking back but looking forward towards a porn-free future I can honestly say for someone so deep-rooted in this addiction as I was I never would have dreamed I could have developed the control I now have over my own behaviour But I really am living my own life now and seeing progress in every area - my marriage career social life emotional and physical health and many others It s thanks to this program the system it teaches and the community of like-minded individuals I now have access to If you re serious about beating your addiction this system is for you Can t rate it highly enough

Results after 7 months

After 7 months here goes my final review I still have anxiety and lots of things to work on but after 11 years of addiction from age 16 till now after the very first day of joining the program I never relapsed after so many failures trying to quit on my own My life finally has a bright future I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel I have gained discipline and a lot more self love and mental clarity Jk did not only transformed my life with this program he saved my life I still have issues to work on this is a long journey but so far In these 7 months I have made so much progress compared to all the previous years before joining the program Thank you JK for making a difference in my life JF

I have learned the importance of a morning routine which has built structure in my day My awareness on my emotions and urges is a great tool for my day to day Overall I have a better view in life and gained better friendships

I thought it was too good to be true

At first i thought it was too good to be true I then got on strategy call with a reboot specialist and signed up for the implementation program The knowledge and tools you will gain will forever change your addiction and life for the better It s definitely worth the money and the money you spend is for yourself You do the work and you will reach new milestones that you thought was impossible and that only certain people can achieve but let me tell you this YOU CAN DO THIS
