If you are in a desperate state know your options before signing up for this program They use aggressive sales tactics it is very expensive and they make it very difficult to leave if you decide it s not a good fit I had to argue over several phone calls to get a refund I found it a bit ruthless that they openly acknowledge most people with addiction have commitment issues and then leverage that insecurity to get people to sign up saying things like we can t hold your spot and this program is only for people who are committed if you show hesitation I m not saying this program can t help and hasn t helped many people however if you are unsure and feel pressure know there are so many SAA and similar 12-step programs that offer help and don t cost anything that you can fry first I have gone back to working 12-step since leaving this and am doing better than ever
