Ordered 2 sweatshirts 60 the end of February No tracking history says my package has been hanging out waiting for pick up for 2months now Emailed and got a automated response all 4times No refund And no product Very poor service all the way around

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with

This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with DO NOT ORDER from them A month after ordering the order was still not processed My emails were left unanswered until I opened up a PayPal dispute Then after requesting I KID YOU NOT 6 times to cancel my order and receive a refund they kept saying won t you change your mind It was borderline the most ridiculous chain of emails ever I raised again with PayPal and now they have said they have sent the order So cancellation request obviously ignored I have little faith that I will receive the product based on others reviews

ZERO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLEDo not waste your money or time with this company They are scamming people right and left I purchased 3 items on two separate occasions few days apart and a month later am still waiting on an acknowledgment of my emails and communication with them on the items I purchased There stuff looks really cute on Facebook but if you could see my face right now I am not a happy camper at all

This company should no longer be doing business at all We submitted a simple order for 3 shirts One of the shirts was nowhere close to what we ordered Elipop has refused multiple times to send us the correct item or simply refund the 23 99 that they charged us for an item that is useless to us They simply will not take responsibility for their error and resolve the issue I can see by other reviews that this is the normal practice for Elipop The response that we continue to receive As the return shipping charge is high and need a very long time till we received We sincerely suggest if you will consider again to keep the item maybe you can give it to a suitable friend family as gift or transfer it to colleagues neighbors Meanwhile we can refund 5 USD gift card in this case You can use it and place another order How about that Best regards daisy-yang

After 7 weeks I received a few items

After 7 weeks I received a few items 2 were missing 1 was a football shirt I ordered a baseball shirt 1 shirt was a size smaller than I ordered Everything is a total misrepresentation Facebook and Paypal should absolutely not be doing business with them Paypal won t refund me because the order finally came even though half was missing The company will do nothing even though I tried to cancel the order after two weeks and they wouldn t cancel it They just sent a few items that weren t even right and stole my money Shame on Facebook and Paypal

If I could leave 0 stars I would DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I tried numerous times to reach out to them about an order placed They NEVER responded They debited my checking account the day the order was placed and I never received the item I reached out to them as I never received any communications regarding the order but they never responded I m currently disputing the charges with my bank but that can take up to 45 days t be resolved so I m out the money until this investigation is done This company is horrible

I ordered a the waymaker Lyric sweatshirt as per the picture advertised on their site What arrived was a very cheap t shirt and the design on the front wasn t the same I asked for a refund and they offered me a 5 gift card and said items may be a bit different than pictured I would steer clear of this company
