Sent wrong doll

Would love to have had the option of NO stars Ordered a doll back in October for my granddaughter s birthday I chose one that looks remarkably like she did as a newborn The doll pictured had very little light hair The doll arrived a couple of weeks ago and it was horrible It is a boy Dressed as a boy with a blue bottle and dummy Also a head full of dark hair More hair than most 2 year olds have much less a newborn When I messaged them the first response was to offer me 10 refund and keep the doll I replied that their offer was not acceptable and I wanted the doll I originally ordered Next message offered a 15 refund and for me to keep this ugly ass doll I filed a case with Paypal and it looks like the company never responded my money was refunded to me in full by Paypal today Stay away find another company if you want a nice doll This company isn t the one for that

If I could give this zero stars I would The doll I received bared no resemblance to what was advertised It is cheap plastic and similar to that which you could buy at a supermarket I paid extra to get the clothing which the doll was pictured with however this was not provided Customer service has been dreadful and all I have been offered is a 40 discount on my next purchase I will be taking this further with the ombudsman It s interesting that all the positive reviews on here have been written in the same poor English that was used by the company in their replies to my complaint

Ive just received the doll which was meant to be a present for Christmas but as others have mentioned it looks NOTHING like the picture The hair is shocking - completely unrealistic and far too long for a newborn I would give zero stars if I could Please do not buy a doll from here as they are obviously FAKE

Do Not Get scammed like I Did

I ordered my daughters doll on 11 11 21 from a company I thought was based in the UK and come to find out it s in China which normally wouldn t be a problem BUT I wouldn t have ordered from there because of all of the shipping problems China is having I still haven t received the doll that is supposed to be a Christmas present it appears to be sitting in China somewhere I keep getting the run around from someone named lily I am currently starting a dispute with PayPal since this company refuses to refund my money I can t believe I was scammed

Really bad quality I bought my daughter a doll from rebornbabystore com for Christmas When it arrived it did not look like the doll that I ordered It looks very very freaky My daughter was very quite after seeing this doll and is scared of it I contacted rebornbabystore com and after they had promised me 50 refund this was the most they offered the money did not arrive back into my account after me waiting 3 weeks I then contacted rebornbabystore com and they have ignored my emails and have not provided me with any money back PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM rebornbabystore com as you will be very disappointed my daughter did not have any Christmas presents because I had spent my money on that doll

Totally unprofessional - money all lost

I ordered a doll from this website on 15 November and it took 5 weeks to arrive I would love to attach photos to show what we thought we were ordering and what actually arrived I am lost for words At first Lily this seems to be the only person at the company tried to offer me a 15 refund which I refused To return the doll I have to send to China even although the company is UK registered In the end they have stopped replying to my emails and I am contacting trading standards but would like to save anyone else from ordering from this website Don t waste your money please

Very disappointing

I ordered a doll from this site as the main big Christmas gift for my 8 year old daughter Not only did it not come in time for Christmas which was supposed to happen with the express shipping I paid for I found out it was never even shipped I ended up ordering another doll from a different site for her I corresponded with Lily by email throughout January where she stated I would receive my refund of 133 Emails were exchanged back in forth once I discovered my refund never happened and there was always one poor excuse after another It finally got to the point when I threatened a bad review that she stopped responding to my emails entirely I gave this lady the benefit of the doubt that my money would be returned to me Now I am making a claim with my bank This lady does not care about customer satisfaction I just wanted to forewarn future buyers that if you ever have to deal with Lily don t expect her to care about your money or time Buy somewhere else
