Never heard from them despite emailing twice I tried calling and the number listed and it goes to a non dis-script voice mail Not once does voice recording mention your store And to top it of the charge to my credit card shows up at as a food pantry Should have known if it sounds too good to be true it is Cancel Cancel Cancel my order RQ-22965-85827

Please do not use this site I am begging you
This site is out to steal you CC information and money and never deliver the product After ordering an item that s 50 off compare to other store I got a receipt indicating that my order is placed and await for shipping confirmation One month later still no news with shipment I called and emailed no respond It s a google voice number Who knows where this people are at I was wise enough to create a temporary security credit card Citi Virtual Account They charge my money send a fake confirmation email and that was it They won t respond to phone calls or email I am still waiting for my credit card company to help me get my money back as of this writing It s bad company like this that make the internet so unsafe I have learned my lesson If the price is too good to be true it usually is

They are not even worthy of 1star Purchase made 3 30 21 I was intrigued after a dress popped up on an IG ad Impulse buy I didn t do any research or reviews first and now it is 5 7 21 they claim my package has been delivered and I have received nothing Loss of 65 and no response to my multiple emails

Yes same story as others 3 items ordered for 120 Nothing arrived Calls and e-mails went un-answered I just contested the charges with my credit card company Also these people do business as Luxcity com Identical website except for the name and the contact info Avoid

I learned a lesson look up company reviews before making online purchases EVERYONE has the same story as me I placed an order for 125 99 the money came out of my account and I received an email stating the order was being processed and that I would receive another email with a tracking number NEVER received a tracking number I emailed them and got no response I called their number and it was a Google number that goes straight to voicemail I already contacted my bank and they are going to dispute the charge and I will get my money back I hope everyone else does the same so this company is unsuccessful in stealing our money

I ordered a love message box and it never came so that 69 99 down the drain is there anyway i can get my money back because after reading the reviews i don t expect it to ever come and it makes me very upset since it was suppose to be a christmas gift and now i have zero idea what to do I ve emailed them many times and called and got nothing

I would give 0 stars if I could Ordered a Christmas present from them in December Never heard from them again Tried reaching them in January with no response Tried calling them and it wouldn t work Reaching out again and it looks like through whois at GoDaddy the domain is set to expire tomorrow The website isn t working any longer Scam-a-lam-a-ding-dong Such a scam Please don t send them any money Wish I would ve seen this site before purchasing with them
