Long time for items to be delievered and was told the wrong date Not impressed not sure I d use again

Have not recieved my items over aweek afterorder and received this rate your purchase email beforea dispatch email

I have now been waiting 10 days for my delivery a gift ordered for my new nephew I have called numerous times to speak to someone but only ever get the answerphone and so far no one has got back to me despite leaving 2 messages Very disappointed

I ordered a pull-along wagon for my son s birthday I placed the order a week before his birthday paying for next-day delivery to ensure it arrived in time When it didn t arrive the next day nor the next I emailed Ella James to find out what was happening They admitted an error in their system processing the order refunded my delivery charge and arranged for it to be dispatched the next working day Monday again next day delivery so I should receive it by Tuesday By 5pm on Tuesday I still had not received Quite frantic now as his birthday was Wednesday I called Ella James to find out what was happening Ashley called me back just before 8pm to let me know it had only been picked up for dispatch that day and I would receive it next day It did then arrive next day relatively early in the morning but a real shame that it wasn t there for him to open with the rest of his presents and we didn t have time to wrap it On the positive it s a lovely product was great value in their sale and they did refund the delivery charge and were generally polite although not overly apologetic considering However as a small business owner myself when the first problem occurred I would have done everything in my control to ensure the product went out as promised on the Monday to ensure it arrived in time for the birthday which I had explained to them For the mistake to happen twice is unforgiveable Next day delivery should mean next day - not a week later As a result of this experience I d be unlikely to shop with Ella James again nor can I recommend them

Good online selection and easy to navigate web page however something with a delivery estimate of 2-3days has not been received over a week after placing order Not great service

Recently purchased an item from the website or thought I had Having not received this despite money being taken from my account I contacted the seller I then received an email stating my order had been cancelled without any explanation although I had not cancelled this Telephoned and received an unprofessional response passing me onto someone else s mobile number I was then told the item was not available even though the website said it was in stock I had wanted this item as a gift and could have purchased from another company but due to the inaccurate information and poor communication it was too late Now received an email thanking me for purchasing an item Really poor communication and no apology from company

Decided to write my review in the hope I get a reply from Ella James as my previous three emails sent to the company have went unanswered I received my order which I was delighted with but it was missing the wrapping paper that was part of the order as of yet I have received no response I

I ordered approximately 6 glass bowls from this company and 2 arrived broken I contacted them on the day I received the package via their website as there is no telephone number to be found anywhere I had no response I then replied to the order confirmation email to their customer service email address and still have not received a response There is no other method of contacting them I now have no choice but to proceed with a chargeback request from the card company I really don t have time for to deal with companies like this

Was annoyed as I ordered a pack of eight but only received six When I rang to explain I had only got six I was told it was a mistake on the website so it cost me two lots of postage to order another pack And I ve checked and it still says pack of eight

Ordered what were described as bookends from the website but only received one bookend Still no reply to my e-mail requesting an explanation
