Quick resolution to a defective part
Ordered an Elvie Stride from a retailer through my insurance but the hub motor wasn t working properly Contacted Elvie through their chat and although they briefly gave me a standard recommendation to try once I explained that I had already tried to troubleshoot they immediately offered to send a replacement part That process seemed a little odd just giving info via chat but was quite simple and I did receive a replacement in a very timely manner
