I am bound for Italy Couldn t find a company that covered France and Italy Received a Bip Go tag from Emovis Only covered France Phoned customer service Skye who explained the tag I was given only covered France I knew that but was confused as to why they sent me a Bip Go tag Outcome is that I ve signed up with Bip Go instead as they cover Italy also So I sent the Bip Go tag back to Emovis only to be awaiting my Bip Go tag from Bip Go which will cover the countries I m travelling to Confused I certainly was I will say that Skye was very helpful on the phone The confusion reigns supreme though For those that want to travel to Italy there is an option with Bip go Emovis don t cover a lot of countries Leaving the traveller having to sign up somewhere else and have two tags just to get to their destination

Terrible use of Royal Mail meant to be next day delivery and if miss them then good luck still waiting 3 days later shamblesUseless for me now as travelling to France tomorrow with no tag

The device works well and if you re an impatient person it saves you a minute or so at each toll-point My irritation is with the extra charges you pay this UK company for months when you use the gadget and the rates at which they convert the charges into sterling I have a charge card and a credit card which both offer better rates of exchange And why add an extra charge for using the service After about 8 years with this bunch I m switching to a different company based in France which will reduce the transaction and currency exchange charges I m probably a bit of a grumpy old man but it irritates me that the UK company promote themselves as being great value and Eurotunnel deliver the same message But what I see is hidden charges that bump up the costs So high marks for convenience But you lost three stars with me because you sneak in those extra charges

We purchased a tag for Portugal Spain and France The first day in Portugal having arrived at Santander was fine went through barrier and out at our exit without problem The following day entered the motorway and the tag beeped a few times as we proceeded down the motorway but when we came to the exit the barrier wouldn t recognise the tag and we had a trailer on the back and traffic behind therefore pressed the button on the kiosk spoke to the operator who in broken English to say we would have to pay the full amount as if we had got on the motorway at the start and reclaim off our tag provider When we returned and contacted Emovis they said they couldn t help and try getting hold of the motorway people Absolute rubbish and no chance of getting it sorted Cost us something like an extra 50 Next time won t bother and just pay at kiosk - there weren t queues at tolls anyway

New tag came to replace old one with it s battery expired but with zero information on how to get the 20 deposit back on the old tag Seems like a a con to extract an extra 20 out of you

Used the tags for years but get a little miffed in having to pay 5 to deliver a French tag and 5 to deliver a Spanish tag when ordered to replace at the same time Surely there should be a way of ordering both tags and paying 1 delivery charge for people that use both tags

Ordered an extra clip for my second car Immediately emailed Customer Services to cancel if it went to my other location Ignoring that request they dispatched the item the next day informing me ONLY then that the order can t be cancelled It s quite an expensive service for the convenience and for such a nominal costing item I was surprised It seems every penny counts Needless to say I wont see the item but will be charged Yes I shouldn t have checked beforehand but equally I gave plenty of notice
