I had been waiting from past 8 months for the refund of accumulated money due to a random formal issue I mailed called did everything I could but Response was very frustrating especially conversation with MIRIANA D was very triggering as this person was sending a same message again and again other people were not knowing the solution at all due to which I was getting same sentances attached PDFs ALESSANDRO a very gentle person showed some interest and found out a solution for the peculiar issue I had I thank this person from ENERGIA COMUNE for resolving the issue just in 4 days which once seemed impossible He changed my perception I had about ENERGIA COMUNE I have a suggestion for the customer assistance people that instead of working just for its sake working even with 1 percent of interest can solve so many issues of the customers Our complaints mails calls might be a routine and not so important for you but we customers wait very eagerly even for your CUT PASTE answers solutions I request you guys to be more interested in solving customers issue
