Omg this crazy place
This is the worst store I ordered an item on the 27th and paid extra for fast shipping It is day 9 and I ve heard nothing til I emailed them a couple days ago They lost my order or whatever it s somewhere in this world lost I just said ok well u can just refund me nope nothing I am out 87 dollars and they will not refund my money back and they keep saying we are aware I ve emAiled plenty of times in a civil way they either don t respond or they write back investigating Omg this crazy place I will post this everywhere Enzo where is my money

The worst company ever don t order you will get charged 14 99 for return for something you didn t want and never mind it has taken a month to arrive it was also the wrong item so I will never get any more from them they don t even answer emails thieves making money on unwanted items

DO NOT BUY from them Bought 3 shirts the quality of them look seriously terrible The material they used is only good for mopping When I contacted them they said I can keep it and they will issue me with partial refund I said I don t want it even for the gardening it s terrible so they said send it back for a full refund but they asked me to send it back to USA which costs me 30 they said if I want a full refund then I have to send it back to UK although it came from a UK warehouse They banned me from their facebook page before I even got a chance to comment on their advert to help anyone and stop them from wasting their money Trust me Primark is like Gucci compared to Enzo Cavalli
