AFTER ALL MY COMPLAINTS KATIE ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME OUT TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME A LONG DETAILED E MAIL THAT YOU WOULD NEED TO BE A GENIUS TO UNDERSTAND STILL I HAVE TRIED TO MAKE THEM REALISE THAT A BILL FOR 394 53P FOR THE 2ND OCTOBER 2022 MONTH OF DOES SEEM A BIT HARSH BECAUSE I LIVE NEAR GATWICK AIRPORT I THINK THEY HAVE SENT ME THEIR BILL

Appalling customer service completely incompetent
If I could figure out how to do minus stars I would Appalling service I would be embarrassed to work for them Incompetent and unable to provide information The customer services team would do well to remember that there are people at the other end of these accounts worrying about their next bill Would urge anybody to avoid at all costs Impossible to get through to repeatedly ignore requests and complaints passed from pillar to post Horrendous service

If I could give 0 stars I would I was with them 12 years ago and they were awful then Moved into a new home last year and they were the energy supplier thought I d give them a chance and wow what a mistake Sent my bill late so they ultimately sent me 2 bills within 2 weeks of over 300 each I have had an ongoing complaint with them ever since nothing resolved despite them admitting their fault which led me into arrears as I am a single parent and unable to magic up over 600 in 2 weeks Hound me if I don t reply to an email within a day but then don t reply to me for weeks at a time It s been 2 weeks since I last heard from then and now I ve had a threatening letter that they will put a default on my credit report The worst company I ve ever dealt with and shows this is a standard behaviour from them Their customer service is absolute joke Don t ever use

Not possible to contact by phone or by email Took over my Mum s account in February put it in my name in December Bill suddenly went from 454 in credit to 690 in debt The new bill had no reference to any money paid by myself or the government since my mother s demise The account numbers are different so basically I think I ve got someone else s bill

Imoral dishonest business practice
been with them since 2009 but then got an email saying I owed money even though I wasn t due any payment till a few months they switched me on monthly payments without my permission when i called them they claimed they sent me an email regarding this a blatant lie as I scrutinize every email I receive in spam or inbox signed with a different supplier within 24 hours This company needs investigating

The App is useless
The App is useless Usage data is often showing as No Data or it s down for updates April 2023 no data on what my direct debit should be so no payment taken up to now Smart meters only work intermittently and instead of using the government s 6 month fuel grant to top up my Direct Debit pay they took it off Thia resulted in all my credit bri g used up However on a positive note if the App performed as it is set up to do it would be a brilliant tool for supporting your energy management Something isn t quite right too many problems usually means poor programming or not enough trained staff to keep it running smoothly

Or EON next as they are now known I would give no stars if I could Genuinly worst provider I have had the misfortune to use customer service are completely incompitent Regularly spend hours giving new meter readings to no avail They changed statements erase figures I have recently submitted a complaint via the energy ombudsman For goodness sake stay away from this company

Honestly one star is already too much Ron have possible the worst customer service I ve ever experienced I m switching back to EDF who I used to be with simply based on customer service nevermind if Eon is cheaper because I cannot cope with the stress of terrible service from Eon

I ve given E ON Next -100 stars Their customer service is so awful It s taken them over 7 months to exchange a faulty display meter Its totally farcical and shocking They then send you smiley emojis when you re really pissed off with their crap service This is me laughing at their customer service levels NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give zero stars this would be my choice Overseas so called customer service at all is appalling not well trained to solve any issues I requested a paper bill to be posted to my home addres all they did was bombard me with e mails chasing the due amount I confirmed I would pay when I received paper copies Still they didn t send them passed me to a debt agency I am moving supplier to so energy as always found their good customer service prompt helpful it s bye bye eon from me You are frustratingly useless
