Resolution of a technical problem

I had an issue with communication between the phone app and the hearing aids via the hearing aid charging saddle I contacted Eargo and very quickly had guidance as to the method to correct the problem It required having them transfer me to somebody in tech support who gave me instructions which I followed and it resolved the circumstances Every instance of having a need to communicate with Eargo has been quick responsive with an upbeat and cheery tone and most importantly successful

I am a retired Navy pilot Bottom Gun - and retired UAL pilot check airman I volunteer ski patrol so I require my equipment gear to work correctly The Eargo7 is my fourth set of hearing devices The VA provided free the other three and I am currently issued the Starkey Levio Edge over the ear Eargo7 is by far the best hearing aids that suit my lifestyle and personal requirements I paid for them and thoroughly tested them during the 45 day trial period They exceeded expectations I skied and mountain biked with helmets and eye protection and they performed flawlessly I m very critical concerning my gear I m keeping Eargo7 The App is intuitive and easy to adjust The videos info icons and personal support has been outstanding Seriously I clean every morning put them in and forget them unless I adjust through the App I enjoy gear equipment that performs and increases my quality of life I sincerely hope they prove durable because every other aspect is top shelf Currently had 60 days

Eargo is wonderful

After unsatisfactory experiences with over-the-ear hearing aids I decided to try Eargo A revelation Not only are they unobtrusive but the sound quality is excellent After years are saying What when spoken to I can hear clearly in noisy situations restaurants television road sounds in the car etc On top of which they are so comfortable that I don t even realize I m wearing them I would and have recommend Eargo to anyone who is suffering moderate hearing loss They have improved my quality of life in untold ways Anthony M

Great Device Unbelievable Customer Service

Can t tell you what a great change my Eargo7s have made in my life I put them in in the morning and don t think about them until I take them out a night And my hearing is so improved Also Eargo s customer service is unbelievably good An audiologist is a call away and so helpful Honestly I couldn t be happier and recommend Eargo7s to everyone who needs them now or almost certainly will need them in the future
