Undelivered part no resolution
I wish I had read the reviews before hand I ordered a replacement part for my washing machine and the part was never delivered When I opened up a lost mail ticket with USPS they said that the package in question didn t have a complete address and couldn t be delivered When I followed up with eparts fast they just kept sending me the USPS tracking number and the delivery status which I explained 3 times was not the case They have since stopped responding to my emails I don t leave reviews often but these guys should be avoided at all costs 7 13 22 update - I sent them documentation proving the item was never delivered No refund no replacement item These guys are crooked No Duty No Respect No Honor No Integrity Should be embarrassed to market themselves as a veteran owned business
